Heavy rumours flying around that Mick Foley vs Kurt Angle may be in store for Wrestlemania. Foley apparently is keen on the idea and it may indeed go ahead.

What about Undertaker vs Lashley at Mania? Undefeated streak vs Wrestlemania Undefeated streak?

That would be an awesome match Foley vs. Angle. Angle could carry Foley into a good match and they have a history.

I'd make the match a street fight as well. Angle can brawl just as good as anyone, and can see him having a great Wrestlemania match with Foley.

Hopefully they start the feud around Royal Rumble time.

Spoiler: Vince/Bret Possible Spoilers

- Vince McMahon is interested in having Bret Hart make an appearance at WrestleMania 22. Hart's role would be to serve as the special referee for the Vince McMahon vs. Shawn Michaels match. Those close to Bret Hart, however, are confident the wrestler will not take part. Hart and McMahon still have problems with one another, as each has taken shots at one another in their recently released DVD and book.

That would be a Wrestlemania moment right there if it was to happen. Hopefully the two can work it out but it doesn't look good so far.

Maybe a little hint of a Lita vs Mickie vs Trish match at Mania.

Mickie: How many times do you have to beat Lita You've beat her a gazillion times already!

Trish: That was harsh. Like I said, anyone who wants a crack at me is more than welcome. I'll take her on any time, it doesn't have to wait until WrestleMania 22. Whether it be Lita, or Mama Benjamin ill still take them on.

I think the way things seem to be running a Chavo IC title and a Rey WHC title run begining at WM22 is very very likely. It would be a great way for WWE to draw in the emotion from the passing of Eddie...make it very ala Benoit and Eddie type moment from WM20

That's how I'd play it out. Have Benoit take out the Rumble (since he's not going to be contesting the US Title forever) and set up an Iron Man Match or some such.

If it was Benoit, Rey and Angle then either a Raw guy would have to win the Rumble, or Benoit has to. I couldn't buy Rey winning the rumble, with guys like Big Show in the match who could pick him up and throw him out like he wasn't there in the first place.

But it would be a BRILLIANT match, Benoit and Angle are the two best technical wrestlers alive today and Rey is the best luchador in the business aswell. It's an exciting match just thinking about it.

Bret Hart was recently approached with the idea of doing a match with Vince McMahon at WrestleMania XXII. The idea of the match would be that McMahon would run into Hart’s first, get put in the Sharpshooter, and then tap out.

Hulk Hogan is currently on crutches because The Big Show stepped on his foot a few weeks ago. Hogan should be off the crutches by WrestleMania. He’s slotted to wrestle a match, although his opponent hasn’t been confirmed yet. There’s a chance he may wrestle John Cena.

Hogan vs Cena ... arg.

I have hope for Austin vs Hogan.

Christ, Cena having to carry Hogan would just be painful to watch. HBK could only get a semi decent match out of him at Summerslam.

Just thinking about that, if they can't get Austin to work the match with Hogan and choose not to put Orton in the title picture, a Hogan vs Orton match could make the card. Hogan is one of the legends that Orton hasn't had a confrontation with yet.

Yeh I'm sure there will be an Eddie Guerrero tribute match. I'm thinking it could be Benoit v Chavo.
