i'll repeat what i've said in a few other threads, TLL and Tolman in

please, NO DRASTIC CHANGES

^This. Minimal changes unless injuries come in. Otherwise it's a fairly good team. Quite like Dugan on FB tell you the truth.

Morris....either replace with Hayne which Sticky wont' do or give him a talking too and hope he improves.

Zero to f**k all.

If he plays tonight he'll be out for another 2.

Poor bloke can't string two games together.

Sadly this is true. Even if he does string a couple games together i doubt he'll come into serious contention. Injuries have farked him.

What chance does Brett Stewart have of getting a run in game two? He a good blend of Hayne and Dugan imo.

His is good defender and would do the job on the wing. It's important to maintain most of the team, but if players didn't perform they need to be replaced.

1. Dugan - Was safe under the high ball and they gave him plenty. Learnt a lesson from Morris. He gave him that look of "Can't trust you I'll cover it myself next time"
2. Uate - Excellent and got involved early
3. Jennings - Proof if he gets good ball, his hard to stop
4. Gaziner - He defended fine, they covered him well, but he didn't do anything wrong to warrant being dropped.
5. Hayne/B.Stewart - Hayne still has it, but does have kinks in his defence, but either is better then Drop ball Morris.
6. Soward - His first few kicks where great and a 50+m line drop out. Also his goal kicking and he made some key tackles I think he has lifted in defence.
7. Pearce - Probably should have passed more of the kicking to Soward, but his defence and support play were good and will get better
8. Galloway/TLL/Douglas/Weyman - Anyone, but King we all know why.
9. Ennis - Don't like him, but we can't change the key positions
10. Snowden - He didn't play great, but again trying to keep some stability
11. Bird
12. Lewis/Watmough - Creagh wasn't involved enough, these two would have had Scott or Slater covered, preventing that last try and they are always in goods spots for attack (like standing next to Gaz)
13. Gallen (C) - Suprise no penalties. maybe he is getting rid of the BS in his game
14. Carney - Thats the Spark we need. But Gidley will be there
15. Scott
16. Merrin
17. Mannah

Not a bad team. As much as I don't rate Ennis, too late now to be changing that spot, but grooms Farah to come in and show his superiority.

I don't think we can afford to carry a half on the bench like QLD do. They have Lockyer and Thurston who are gods compared to our halves. They control the game and have enough experience to be benefical to Cronk. Also they have Matt 'I eat children for breakfast' Scott playing for them. Who cares who else is on the team.

Cronk also started out as centre, if we had Carney he can play in the halves, fullback and most halves can play hooker. But as much as it pains me Gidley wasn't their because of injury, so he'll more then likely take Youngs spot.

Here's a prediction, all you merkins are wrong.

Team will be the same unless a player is injured.

And for people saying Scott shouldnt be there, massive fail, he was our best player and gave it to powder puff hero Thaiday

Yeah gave him a shirt pull in the 81st minute. Clearly dragons fans don't know the meaning of toughness when this is the standard

Here's a prediction, if you don't think King and Morris need to be dropped you are geniused.

He was f**king useless before said ankle injury too. Utterly dominated.

Yeap and he contributed his standard game error in poor position, we don't have great Props at Manly, thats our weakness. Kite hasn't been any good since 2008, George Rose 10kg to heavy.

King was standing flat everytime he got the ball, Galuvao was making 10m everytime, while King was losing ground. Watching this performance tonight, what does Sticky see that we cannot.

PS. Attacking game plan for game II, copy everything Manly is doing to Yow Yea, on the left side attack. Looks like King(or Queen) is fine.

For as long as I can remember, the NSW team has been selected by so called, channel 9 and News Ltd "experts". You know, who sells papers and "air" time gets a run! Who has the best nick name, beard, fro or has had the most court appearances is a must. While QLD selects their side on the basis of "who cares" about the press guru's south of the border. NSW now has the opportunity to put an end to that era with a dedicated coach selecting "his" side, with a little assistance from the "northern beaches". Sticky has been saying that this "new" approach will be work in progress and he will be as loyal as possible dependent on injuries. Keeping team changes to a minimum is vital.

I propose only 2 personnel changes and 3 positional change's for game's 2 & 3.
1.Jason King was owned in game 1 & should make way for TLL as the side does not need two hookers. Ennis is an 80 minute player.
2.Dean Young needs to make way for Luke Lewis who can cover a multitude of positions from backrow to wing in the event of an injury & adds another ball playing option.
3.Cronulla & NSW's best prop is Paul Gallen and should start the game in that position. As a lock he plays in the middle third and simply plays like a third prop anyway. Look at his stats! Our bench balance was all wrong in game 1 & NSW needs a 5 prop rotation, given the relative inexperience & pace of the game.
4. Greg Bird is a natural "ball playing" lock and offers a a great third option for the dummy half to "hit" along with Pearce and Soward. 3 options to keep the QLD defence guessing and our our own version of the "triangle" offence. Apologies to Lakers coach, Phil Jackson!!
5. Move Ben Creagh into the left 2nd row spot so he can spread the QLD right side defence so they don't jam in and gang tackle our props as happened in game 1? As soon as he moved to the left after 60 minutes in game 1 their right side opened up for our two tries!!

1. J.Dugan
2. B.Morris
3. M.Gasnier
4. M.Jennings
5. A.Uate
6. J.Soward
7. M.Pearce
8. P.Gallen (c)
9. M.Ennis
10. K.Snowden
11. B.Scott
12. B.Creagh
13. G.Bird
14. T.Learoyd Lars
15. T.Merrin
16. T.Mannah
17. L.Lewis
