Gus started at Penrith in 2011 and his results have been:
12th
15th
10th
4th
11th
6th
7th

f**ken terrible results, absolutely terrible!! He has been there 7 years and not once has the panthers played like serious contenders, yeah some good footy here and there, but not once have looked like they could win the comp.

Gus can't even keep a stable squad together constantly chopping and changing players!!

And look where Gus finished in his 5th year at the panthers (BA is in his 5th year too), a shitty terrible 11th!! So you are happy to move BA on for someone with worse results!!

And Gus had total control of the whole panthers footy program during that whole time, while BA has had to deal with a f**ken shit fight for the first 3 years of his coaching career with us!!

Maybe take your panthers glasses off occasionally!!

French is a much better tackler than either. Not sure about his reading in the line though, he struggled with that when used in the halves in NYC IIRC. And of course he wasn't generally having 120kg fat slobs run at him all that often

Sure... If we play finals 2 out of next 3 yrs and win a couple of finals games, develop an Australian prop, perhaps NSW halfback and debut a few quality juniors a year id put us on same level as well.
That would make us 3/4 years in finals.....
