Sure... If we play finals 2 out of next 3 yrs and win a couple of finals games, develop an Australian prop, perhaps NSW halfback and debut a few quality juniors a year id put us on same level as well.
That would make us 3/4 years in finals.....

The lower grades are used to find a player’s best position(s), since every player with NRL potential no doubt played ‘five-eight’ his entire junior career.

He developed and spotted the talent. Have the Panthers been great NO. but better then we have ffs. One final apearance since 2009. Its frustrating.
The idea behind debut a guy like Niakuore is rewarding him. It sets a tone for pther younger guys. If your at a job busting your gut whilst guys in better position arent doing well but not getting dropped you might look for an opportunity elsewhere.
Heads must roll this week. End of story. If Niaukore doesnt get a taste its a big X for me against the coach as Sharks are ready to sign him.

I still feel we will make the top 8. I like BA. But if we miss out then id look at his job,

We also failed in 2014 when we had two average teams to play. We needed to win just one of those and failed to. We got belted in them.

I feel like BURT should of been made assistant to BA.

You don’t want to debut too many merkins if you feel you’ve got a shot at a premiership. Should Arthur be writing off 2018 already? If not we should be picking our best players each week and letting them play their way back into form rather than arseholing them to Wenty. Which scapegoats do we blame for the Brookvale loss? And how healthy is it to let every other merkin off the hook by only dropping two or three players. And why reward anyone who’s been playing for Wenty, after what they’ve dished up?

It's not hard Gus took over a club that finished 2nd the year before!!! Gus have no board issues, no CEO issues!! Nothing no issues what so ever, he had full control!!! He couldn't then get the side to the finals for another 4 years!! That is f**ken crap!!

BA took over a side that had won the wooden spoon the two years before!!! He got them to finals within 4 years!! And he had a shit load more issues with boards / CEOs etc etc!!

Last year you were claiming Moylan was the greatest player in the comp, yet Gus couldn't even man manage him, he f**ked it up that bad Moylan had to leave the club - never heard a word about that from you ? Gus letting one of best players in the comp leave !!! But FFS you are giving it to BA because a fringe forward may leave ? Seriously talk about double standards.

Now if you can't see that BA has had done a better result then Gus, you must be blinded by your love of the panthers!!

I think it is one thing for supporters like us to pick out a scapegoat but BA and the coaching staff have a lot more information on each players performance to assess and assist them in their decision making. If they believe there are two or three players who, while not being solely accountable for the weekends loss, were instrumental in it or at best were the worst performers in a bad lot, then they should be demoted.
Conversely, the better Wenty performers should be given a chance. Keep in mind that neither Gower, Edwards or Pritchard played for Wenty on the weekend (Pritchard and Edwards haven't played there this year) and Gower is a last start winner for Wenty (Round 1).

Personally I was somewhat discouraged by Kirisome's comments in his presser last week that he prefers to play centres and is still learning the wing role. Go learn it at Wenty and give someone else a go son.

Burt posed a threat to BA.

Moylan I said was the best ball play in comp. He is a great ball player. Hid defense is crap and a bit of a cat though. Now discipline was the issue here. And many reports that he was up to no good with some certain things. Gould wont tolerate that kind of shit. Also players wanted him gone due to his shanangans and wild nights. Plus the emergence of Cleary.

Like I said its time for a few heads to roll even if for 1 or 2 weeks. Short term pain for long term gain.
