Which 'he' are you referring to - Lomax or Gould? They're a pair of prize nongs IMO.

Gould saying rubbish as usual? Are they carrying any cap for TPG? He is on peanuts playing league in Qld until he eventually runs out for the Broncos.

What Gould does not understand is Lomax asked for the release. When people like Slater or whoever say that clubs release players when it suits them is crap. Saints clearly want Zac and value him highly yet he decided to put in a release, have dinner with a coach from another team and whinge about playing wing. I am sure the Saints would like to have him at the Saints but he just does not want to be there so why should they foot the bill. Like Gallen said, Parra or who ever ends up with him should fit the bill and have to fork out the full amount. Other wise ever team can jag a player for a bargain and get the other team to foot half the bill. How dumb is that. If that is the case Roosters should offer Lomax 400k as Saints will pay the other 450k. I am sure Lomax would rather play at Roosters than the Eels who won't win a comp in a hurry.

But you have the best man manager coach in the game, imho, he’d be capable of getting the filth and wanton violence out of Lats’ game and turning him into a footballer.

All he’s got at South’s is the green light to be make a spectacle of himself and run their club down. Their coach is about to be sacked over it.

Gus is afraid of the Dragons war chest and he knows that it will be harder for him to land the next lot of Penrith departures whilst Saints are his opposition. If Saints have to carry the extra 200K it makes our war chest that little bit smaller. Great point RE: TPG, Gus conveniently forgot about that.

Unfortunately Mojo respect in this game left us many years ago, its all about show me the money !!! and even that doesn't work in our case. Our guys need to respect themselves before they even think about anything else.
