Gaba you blithering idiot, it's not Pearce that's their problem, it's Anasta at 6. If they moved Anasta to lock, Minchello to fullback, and Carney to five-eighth to partner Pearce, they'd have a much better balanced side imo. Of course while ever Pearce is out they have to make do.
