Gallen is a non stop worker and a real forward leader,who leads by example.
Burgess is a game breaker who can produce some key attacking plays or defensive hits, his plays are more impressive and remembered, however Gallen's workload consistent and impressive.
Every pack needs both types of player.

Burgess is prob more talented than Gallen, but it is hard to prove yourself when you are sitting on the sidelines wearing a suit 10 games of every season (unsure how many games he plays a year...just throwing it out there)
If Gallen was on the open market an aged 26 he would command 600k a year
