Well well well, what a game everyone, there is still a lot of work to do, but how good was it to see smiles all round from the team and the fans. It was a great feeling and a good vibe by the coach, good on him. I didnt notice any division and they all celebrated accordingly. A bit of guts and a bit of passion goes a long way. I'm sure Carr will tweak the side further, Sully 7, Hunt 6, Lids 9 and Bird 14, Amone needs to go to ressies. I got what I asked for , attitude, and I was thankful for that. Well done lads and staff, loved putting a bit of respect into the jumper again. Have a great weekend all you Dragons die hards !!!

Great to see the side competed for 80 minutes.

Wonderful to wipe the smirk from Robinson’s arrogant face.

It’s about time the bounce of the ball favoured us.

Have to say Suli’s long range effort surprised me. Didn’t realise he was so fast.

The drought has broken !!!

We will all enjoy the weekend.

Bro, he’s an interim coach, why are you so focused on him? He won’t be there next year.
You’re critiquing him like he’s out next coach or something.
You know what our club is like remember when Mary almost made the finals after taking over mid season and they gave him a 3 year deal..... twice.

If he does a good enough job no reason why he can't stay on as an assistant. Happy to be proven wrong in these instances.

With 4 minutes to go I was like *sigh* "here we go again" after the Tedesco strip try, then the footy gods smiled on us and had to make us wait til the very last moment for maximum drama. What makes it so beautiful is that we actually deserved something nice happen, especially after 2 months of going through almost every negative emotion as fans.

Thought in the short time he was on Sully looked a bit lost...didn't try to inject himself against a tiring opposition which imo would have been an ideal time....like Sloan, with their pace they both should be sniffing around the ball carriers for the offloads....hopefully the coaching staff will encourage these young blokes in our team to be themselves and get their hands on the ball as much as possible....... as for tonites game all in all whilst not the perfect 80 mins I thought the boys showed a bit more ticker than they have been..........I'm still not convinced we are a very fit outfit we seem to look buggered shortly after half time in most of our games....anyhow boys well done for picking yourselves up from the canvas

There is a footy God!

I must say I got a little emotional, not because we won (and yes that was a relief), not even for the fact we scored that try in the dying seconds (how good was it!), but more to the fact that the players finally could celebrate, and man did they celebrate as if they'd won the GF, and it was every player on the ground, on the bench and even those on the sidelines.

It was as if a dark cloud had been lifted (and I include us supporters). I'm not saying it will be all rosy now, but that alone was more beneficial than winning by 20 or more.

I think we've all been critical of Amone's efforts recently, however, tonight I did see some improvement, not out of the woods, but improvement. The lad certainly lacks confidence, so this victory will go a long way to regaining that.

Sua and JDB were herculean, and Hunt showed form that we've all wanted to see. Suli had his best game for the year, and again I was impressed with young Couchman. He's going to be special that lad.

It just makes you wonder what was going on with Griffin and why the sudden, almost instant, reversal of effort, commitment and teamwork. The simple swapping back of Suli and Lomax, the 'dropping" of Mbye, the inclusion of a specialist hooker etc was so obvious, but so ignored. Was it just to be proven right! even to the detriment of the team. It makes you wonder!

I didn't watch the Bunnies v Eels game, was too busy replaying that final minute. It's something to savor for a long time.

well done to Carr, well done to the team. Proud seems to light a word atm.

Thought Lomax responded perfectly tonight. I've been very critical of him, but I'll always give credit where credit's due. Was he out there doing these amazing plays that only a couple of players in the comp can pull off? No he wasn't. But he played his role and he played it very well. That's all he needs to do. He didn't carry on after coming up with a big play, it was just focus and get on with it. Like when he dragged (I think it was Billy Smith) over the sideline by holding him up and using his strength. That was a great effort, but he didn't carry on. Just got on with the job after coming up with a big play. Great game Zac, and well done. He must do his role for the team first, and then give more after that IF HE CAN. First thing's first, nail down your role in the team. Tonight was a step in the right direction.
