    when I was 15, I was playing with my neighbour. He bowled me out for 26, he then got the bat and scored 280 odd not out at the end of the day. He wanted to continue his innings next time we played, ( a week later) and I finished up getting him caught and bowled for 775!!

    I don't think it was a 400 pitch, it was probably a 350 pitch. So Australia were about par for the course, and NZ were better. Simple as that. Just don't agree with the perception that the total was enormous.

    Meh, 350 on that feild and pitch is not a huge total IMO. equivalent to probably 270-280 on an australian feild. I think the problem was that that we thought it would be enough not considering the ridiucloulous ground sizes and pathetic pitch conditions. We should have been aiming for well...

    Fact is the conditions they faced and the bowlers who bowled to them are very similar. I would assume that everything a player has done is captured in his records................
