    This can only be good for the long-term viability of the game. Clubs should be based where the fans are not where rich leagues clubs are. There is no doubt that some Sydney teams need to merge/relocate and the cap shouldn't be restricted to prop up these non-performing clubs.

    I don't understand why Knights supporters give Hagan such a bad time. While there he won a premiership, made plenty of finals (when Johns was fit) and overall did well. He definitely was not the train wreck you make him out to be. On the coaches I think Cartwright deserves more recognition...

    Not so sure about that excuse. The 3rd year option on the Broncos offer was in the club's favour. There is also 3rd year option on the Panthers contract but I don't who the option favours.

    The cap needs to rise. We should be leveraging other forms of revenue much better. The restrictions we place on 3rd party sponsorship deals is ludicrous. Look at the way the Force and Waratahs are able to bump up contracts by getting businesses in to fund players. The NRL basically outlaws this...

    Club Players not suited to Origin

    You're a moron. I've lost count of the times that Hindmarsh has cut down a Qld break because he just keeps going. One game in particular, game 1 2005. I think Hindmarsh made nearly 40 tackles in the 1st half. NSW lost due to the Kimmorley pass but they wouldn't even have been in it without him.
