You’re conflating two seperate issues. The Tyrone May situation stands on its own.

If that’s true about the Cleary’s, it’s pathetic. No one is bigger than the club.

    I hope they have.

We’ve discussed this already. Apisai was fined and suspended, that was appropriate. If he does more things in the future then those will add up, just like it has for May. Tyrone May isn’t being judged on this situation alone.

Sadly I don’t think your opening line is true. I suspect some of the players didn’t think it was a big deal.

They have reacted, though. The show cause notice means they’ve decided he breached the conditions of his contract, it will take May to convince them he hasn’t. It’s effectively an appeal against a decision.

If the players can’t understand that a serious conviction has led us to this point, then we’ve got a real problem.

Because you quoted me talking about the TikTok video. I said frog was the only one defending May on that as well.

Part of the reason we’re in this mess is because Ivan has been way too loyal to May. If the club believes he was referring to the court case, nothing else should matter. It must be judged on its merits, not his associations.

So you believe he was stitched up on the TikTok video, even though the NRL inquiry found he was involved?

The players liked other guys who’ve left, too. I’m sure they’ll get over it.
  12. herbert henry1908

    Tyrone May

So it does reference the court case?
  13. herbert henry1908

    Tyrone May

He was involved! The NRL inquiry established that. Your argument is absurd.

Those are two separate things. The actions of the panthers players have been overblown, but with Tyrone May he’s clearly at the last chance saloon. Even if he scrapes through to survive this time, it will absolutely be his last chance.

You’re the only one I’ve seen defend him on both the Instagram photo and the tiktok situation. I mean the inquiry on the tiktok video found he was there & involved, I think it’s odd to dispute that.
  16. herbert henry1908

    Tyrone May

it’s unbelievable that he meant no reference to the court case.
  17. herbert henry1908

    Tyrone May

How many more chances does he get?

Is Tyrone a relative or something? The lengths you’ve gone to defend this guy is unusual to say the least.

Because the post can have more than one meaning.

I never claimed he was pictured, he wasn’t. But as MX posted it was established he was there.
