    I get that vibe too. Like everything in life there’s a lot of grey in this. The boards done a mixed job; not excellent not terrible. I think the way they handled the bomber thing was abysmal but financially the clubs in safer waters.

    What the NRL considers to be a successful club is a conversation for another day but they do hold the Roosters up as the standard. Who knows what would have happened in those years you mentioned were the Sharks not successful on field- I shudder to think.
