I’ll give Dillon a go, cheers. I’m actually not a big fan of D’elias stand up, but did dig his podcast.

Sams going well with the special guests (including one forum regular), the challenge will be week to week during the season, but good on him for keeping it going.
Find with most of those guys in that comedy crew that I never really find the stand up funny after listening to the pods. Dillon is different humour to Chris, but he goes on amazing rants, might take a few listens to grow on you. Theo Von does a decent one also, and Bad Friends is pretty funny and very much D'elia humour.

So.

i think Adam and Sam should be commended for all their work.
you can like or not like the show, whatever.

but what they did was pretty unique. they got in with the club to the point where they were doing the video show, which was really good. they got gorman etc interviews. what other fan podcast got that kind of access?

they've done the fans a huge service. and im glad its continued, and i was very grateful to sam to have me on an episode.

Your show the other week was nicely done. Pretty good for a kid form the backwoods of Canberra

Tough one this.
Would never rag on these blokes - taking on the task of podcasting for pretty much nothing more than the love of it and the club. A hell of a commitment and for that I commend them - it has and was a great thing to experience during the seasons past.
Looking back at it, the combo of Sam the reserved stats man and heart on his sleeve Newman was a winner. I get Newman’s disappointment in the negative feedback, but that’s the deal when you put yourself out there. Stick your head out and someone or anyone wants to kick it in. Sometimes you just gotta let it go.

Going forward, the new format is good, cracking interview with Irvine (would be interested in download numbers for that cast) and would stick with a variety of co-hosts, hopefully with less media polish than Clinton Maynard - the bloke sounded like a young Alan Jones frothing over the Ella Brothers. Just odd.

I won’t hear a bad word about my mate AJ. He is a good bloke.

I have been a avid listener for quite a few years and wondered what would happen when Frank left. To my my surprise Sam has shone without Newman. I really liked the two of them together but Sam has done a great job in the off season with content. The Irvine interview was a must listen for fans and the RCB look into the Anderson years was greatly appreciated (been asking for that one for a little while). Also RCB thanks for the talking with TK tip on Dean Treister. That was a epic insight into the character of Opes. But Sam hosts a better podcast. His style is a lot less grating than the professional sports jocks.
Thanks Frank for your work over the years and Sam, keep it up and thank you.

Frank I’ve read your Twitter page where you said you packed the sharks in and then even said when they had a trial that you forgot about it (even though you tweeted about forgetting about it). I read some other stuff where u took a pic of your sharks gear in a box and something else about someone returning to the club you didn’t think should so I’m trying to fill some gaps in about why you are so bitter.

is it out of the question for you to just tell me why so I can understand? Did you formally request to be part of the club and someone said no? Why have you turned the tap off?

As a sharks tragic that I know you are I don’t think it’s possible to simply not check the score or take an interest come season time.

Geez Goblin, surely what ever happened to get under Frank’s skin is between him and who/what was involved. Maybe PM him to ask that kind of stuff.

he just came in here and acknowledged he lost his head a bit, so maybe it would be good to just acknowledge that and move on.

I get that Miller sure. Maybe my post had tone but it wasn’t intended. Adam can say nup none of your business and I won’t lose any sleep. Just the ragging on the club gets my goat a bit when I have no context as to who and or why.

That really wound people up. I tweeted that because it was a big milestone and I was genuinely surprised (and quite proud). People got pretty pissy about it.

Yeah I really couldn't give a shit if someone doesn't want to support the team anymore. Bigger things to worry about than something like that.
