    Actually, Norman has a very good long kicking game. What worries me most about him is consistency and concentration in defense. What we'll miss most, is Locky's demeanor under stress and in tight situations.

    Baptiste chances will very much depend on who gets the nod to play alongside Wallace. If it's Norman, Hunt will be on the bench. But if Hunt gets the gig, chances are Baptiste could very well become the backup for Macca... I really have no idea where this thought to put Baptiste at 5/8 comes...

    I was there too, and was fuming at the Broncos for letting it happen. More than the Raiders deserving a win for believing, the Broncos deserved to lose for the "we've got this" attitude. Wallace saved the day, but I didn't even cheer...

    Despite the perennial disappointment when something big is expected of them, I think the Cows will be one of the teams to beat this season, alongside Warriors and Tigers. But then again, history says all three teams may well end up outside the Top 8… :crazy:

    So a job in construction or the mines, is punishment? :sarcasm: He's out of prison and can get on with his life within certain parameters. Being someone of dubious character, you don't get things such as security clearance or traveling overseas where any country will not allow you entry...

    Which part of me being all for rehabilitation, did you not understand? But giving a cushy NRL player job to an attempted murderer just goes a bit too far for me. To make it clear, I'm talking about Metcalf here! He's more than welcome to work in the mines or construction for a living, not...

    I'm all for rehabilitation, but the nature of the crime has to count for something. In Metcalf's case, attempted murder of his unborn child by kicking his girlfriend in the belly, almost killing her in the proces, goes a bit beyond the Robert Lui, GI or Isaac Gordon's of this world... :crazy...

    Like AG said, you have to take off before you can fly, under the radar or not... Having said that, if the idea is which team is being underestimated this year, judging by the polls, the Titans are that team imo.

    After seeing the NRL accept the Shaun Metcalf registration, nothing surprises me anymore. Robert Lui's case or this one are peanuts compared to it really...
