    Going to the Game

sorry, didn't mean to accidentally start a Kogarah-Wollongong argument here - after having to read through the comments from a few people from both 'sides' on social media I don't want to encourage any more. some of them specifically said they were flying from queensland or NZ, but most people...

    Going to the Game

well I can only go from the fan feedback! lots of people saying over the last few weeks they want to be there in round 26 for the last-last match, not the last home match.

    Going to the Game

would've liked to see a full house for the boys but in context I do understand. with us coming off a run of losses, and parra's recent run of wins, the short notice from Benny instead of a season-long preparation, being in round 25 instead of round 26, plus the number of Sydney people that...

Cough! Cough! FFS Someone Sack the Coach!!!

as the person who types it I can say I don't intentionally try and pretend anything bad doesn't happen. I mean I use words like "miserable" sometimes cause there's no other word for it. but at the same time it's usually not wrist-slitting on there because most people seem to hate too much...

Hunt Extends Dragons Contract Until 2016

I wouldn't disagree with you, three years is solid! announcing it today rather than yesterday was only because the official aspects that we need under NRL rules weren't sorted til today

Hunt Extends Dragons Contract Until 2016

nah I don't think it was mentioned, but it wasn't intentionally withheld. Peter Doust went through all the finalised re-signings like Moz, Mez, Kingy and there were specific questions about some in-progress guyss like Marketo - I think Bubsy may have gotten lost in between.

    Evander Cummins

he's definitely out! we announced just the other week that he'd have to have the ankle surgery, but there isn't an official return time etc to add to the injury page yet ... he's a little gun tho. evander with the ball is probably the best reason to come early and watch NYC.

Tell Brownie to put me back on

this is true, but he usually gets more involved on Captain's Run than he did today

Tell Brownie to put me back on

he was at training today for the team talk and Captain's run but he didn't do the whole session with the boys! just some light stretching. he got cog tested today, then he'll get a medical assessment tomorrow and the medical team will decide if he's good to go! wouldn't expect a decision...

Edgy also organises the Dragons reunions every year, MCs at all the games ... always stops by the digiden to say hi on gameday and check everything's okay. he's a gem tbh

Victory over Sharks a must: Creagh

I'm not offended! but I do think if there was no requirement for clubs to do media and they didn't do interviews all week, the media would still write about 'em. nrl sells papers whether the players do interviews or not, and negative stories sell more papers. don't talk = they'll still...

cramps in his back this morning at the Captain's run ... had to lie on his back for a while then the trainers checked it out. he seemed fine afterwards (paging dr sassy) but they'll have to clear him tomorrow to play

Victory over Sharks a must: Creagh

you're not the only one - it's what Ricky Stuart did after Origin 1! is it worth not doing media and then having to rip thousands of dollars out of your footy club to pay the fines? which would be worse - losing resources as a footy club, or losing 20 minutes of your time? there's also...

Victory over Sharks a must: Creagh

yup all clubs give their NRL players media training, and if clubs don't give it to their NYC players, then they get a little bit of it at the toyota cup start-of-season induction programs anyway. as for who does it - like most things the only real way to learn is by doing it ... no one knows...
