    The Walking Dead

I agree completely. I think they have to open it up with a replay of eeny meeny from Negan's point of view. I reckon they'll start it just like you say.. the crew will go back somewhere. The death of whoever it was will be a flashback kind of thing. And if all that happens it'll piss me off...

    The Walking Dead

It's kinda weird.. I was swearing like a mofo when the episode finished. I watched the talking dead afterwards and I liked how they put it. Gimple said it first and Kirkman backed it up later. They said this was the end of a story (Rick and his group being badass). And the start of the story...

    The Walking Dead

That's why I love the show. The actors are very good. Even the red shirts bring a little bit of emotion. That's the reason I watch it. I can handle a little bit of "Nah, that's crap" in the action scenes. The only thing that's starting to wear thin is the sneaky zombies that get characters...

    The Walking Dead

I have a theory. I know a little bit about the comics, but I haven't read them. Why, when Nicholas shoots himself in the head with Glenn facing him, does Glenn get blood and brains coming from the side? It's a vision of some sort. I don't know who's dead. I'm a league fan but not the death rider...

    Cowboys robbed clear as day

From what I've read.. I can live with on field refs missing a strip. It happens countless times and generally doesn't lead directly to tries (it would be checked by blind people). Then.. Physics is a simple thing. For cowboys try in the second half.. It's the (forward) speed of the runner when...

    Game 3 Squads

Ok.. For Queensland.. Seriously.. Josh Mcguire. That guy will rip it up. If he gets picked I promise.. He will be man of the match. He will be Qld's Bird.. A dirty mongrel that gets away with it.. But with more heart. Go Qld!!!

If the origin rules were different....

There must be. I didn't know Ken Nagas was a doppleganger for a start.. Just joking.. Where was Tamou born? And what about a full team for Qld?

If the origin rules were different....

Did the thread starter mean something like this? Good idea if so: Queensland 7. Peter Sterling (born in Toowoomba) NSW 10. Tamou (born in NZ?) I'm certain I couldn't fill both teams with enough players who've played in the history of origin.. Qld: Lam, Civonaceva, Hunt, Inglis...

If the origin rules were different....

I like the idea of choosing up front. I don't profess to know the eligibility rules but what if a kid is born and grows up in Qld supporting Qld with his family and gets a scholarship when he starts high school at a league school in NSW? He's 13ish at the time and plays through to first grade...

    Weird but very cool

Funny this came up. I was at my kids' swimming lesson with my broncos jersey on. An asian (excuse my ignorance but I don't know what nationality - was a big, fit looking dude) dad whose kid was also in the lesson came up to me and started chatting about the broncos. He had a fairly thick accent...

Do you want Andrew Voss back

I haven't heard Hadley yet (at the Broncs game on Friday) but always thought him a git. Maybe I missed it but what did Voss apparently do to get him where he is?

    Teams you like

Broncos supporter here. Really coming around to Manly (shoot me). No more Hasler. DCE and Foran are champs. Lyon is a weird one. Soft football decisions off the field (pissing off to England and no rep) but on the field has some ticker. Georgie Rose is the last of his kind. Not there yet though...

    Loudstrat's 2012 Rugby League Almanac

Cool thread. That loudstrat dude is funny but I'm too drunk to read most of it. Perhaps these predictions could be regulated as a competition. Let's say.. I only have six posts so can't put an email. Replace & with @. Aparrently lol&50uff$$ is an email. Whose is it?? That's a money maker right...

Who do you think will surprise us in 2012?

Peter Wallace for me. I remember him carving at Penrith a couple of games before he came. Under a shadow at the Broncos. NSW experience surely would've dented him.. went into his shell. Locky's gone now for real. He's got a great team around him. Time to step up..

I also meant to say let's see how well Wallace steps up removed from the shadow

    Brisbane Broncos 2012 Thread

I haven't read the hundred odd posts here but what I think about the broncos next year is who knows? Great team. One obvious change. Someone who trains well and is given a real shot in his position may thrive. Got my season tickets. Can't wait!

    Australia v India forecasts?

India have 1 ton. Australia? At a guess.. 11? Unless you count doubles and triples as more. The coolest thing about this prediction is Shaun Marsh as the highest run scorer

    Todd Carney animation

Just flicked through these animations. The stuff they hang on that AFL girl incident makes carney and monaghan look like.. erm.. saints? (nfi if there's a pun there or not.. Up to my 8th bourbon waiting for the dragons to smash the tigers)
