    This is hilarious watching south’s supporters using the roosters excuses. How many have the panthers signed in 2 years compared to what was lost. Couldn’t even afford the upgrades to keep them but miraculously south’s don’t have to upgrade players cause they just want to Win a comp.

    Can't see a problem with souths poaching another clubs star player. It's not like they have many rep players and they are a struggling team. Just proves the cap will always even out the comp. Maybe they'll stop being chokers every year and finally buy another comp.

    I'm probably alone here but I thought Morgan played the same if not more towards the success of the cowboys than Thurston. He carried them to a GF without Thurston which I don't think Thurston could have done without him. Great player and unlucky not to be playing another 3-4 years.

    I think your 9,7,6,1 all played origin as well as Murray , Gagai and Roberts. Got the best back line in the comp and and couple of reps there as well. Can't see why won't be a chance when they make the finals.

    This reminds of a mate who used to ask his souths mates when they sell a house in Coogee , Maroubra or Randwick do they list it as house for sale in South Sydney or the Eastern Suburbs. Was quiet surprised when they said Eastern Suburbs.

    From what peter trunks said on talking sport about this was that the management of butcher and another Souths junior were offered to the seniors but they were told they wouldn’t be signed so the management went to roosters.
