Sorry guys, just got online.

Penalty try or not, that's a different question.

Perhaps a bit more doubt

Lol I love people on this forum. A whole thread full of Warriors were robbed, blah blah. Absolutely full of sh*t  ONE post about the Warriors 'try' where Mckinnon was a good few metres offside.

Well, to add some balance... sh*t performance in the end by the boys there not helped by the Refs in the end who were desperate to let the Warriors back into the game. Hilarious how they had about 10 security guards escort them off the field.

He wasn't off-side :) behind the kicker

McKinnon was alongside Jones. It was a try. If McKinnon was a few metres offside, I have a 40 inch old fella going by your sense of measurements.

Apey, don't try and sidetrack it off the blatant. It won't work. All supporters see it for what it was, a blatant sin binning. Except for Steve Lyons.

You guys won.

Do not get me wrong about that non sin-binning. I believe it should have been one too, I think Gidley was very lucky to get off. I call bullsh*t on Warriors getting dud calls throughout the game and I certainly call bullsh*t that the first try was even close to being a try. I will happy to be proven wrong when I re-watch it or see some images, though.

They showed a couple of replays in the run. He was in line with Jones. Please don't clutch straws.

Lyons: "you're lucky you're not going"

My favourite:

"Should I just give it then?" in reference to the second Warriors try.

Yes my team won. I am very happy. I am just expression my opinion though like we're all entitled to do.

Yeah, um, why would I need to clutch straws when my team won? (24 - 22) I come to this thread to share my opinion and on first glance I believe he was offside. Like I said, I will be happy to retract my statements if I see otherwise on the replay.

There were 2 replays in the call Apey, isn't that enough for you? Did you hear the commentators on every occasion query it?

Not that that really means anything I guess, after all we're all 130 kilos and toss the ball around boomerangs acccording to Wayne "I've read a lot of books about these Kiwi fellas" Pearce. Hell, the man even called Moon a non kicker, when he's playing 6 and I'm fairly certain played with his son in the halves for the Junior Roos.

McKinnon was onside. The commentators didn't even question it.

I replayed it on Foxtel IQ a few times. If he was onside he was in line with the kicker, not behind.

Of course the commentators aren't going to question something when it would dampen a Stacey Jones wankathon opportunity.

You must have a super TV JM. You may want to consider trading it in for an accurate model.

That'd be different than a Johns wankathon I take it?

Fair call

Honestly I found that try a bit depressing. Jones was sh*t before that try and sh*t after it, but you know a play like that will probably keep his fans happy for the next month. Opportunistic kicks early in the count are all good and well, but give the bloke an attacking set against a set defensive line and he's got nothing.

-_-

Didn't I get told I was clutching at straws? Meanwhile two of you are using the commentators to back-up what you're saying. Oh dear.

Not much more that can be said though. I believe he was offside and I'll say it for a third time - I'll be happy to retract that belief if I see some more replays.

Knights won :)D), Warriors lost. They were outplayed. However credit where credit is due, they really stuck their foot in and put us to the sword.

Not the first time Kurt has escaped the bin for professional foul - memory is hazy but I believe during a game in 2003 he was more interested in stripping Fitzgibbon of his pants than contesting for the ball.

Got penalised but should have been sent off for sexual assault off the ball.
