If Purtell's out then that could be worth 2 tries less conceded by us. Not that I'm aware of his stats, just tossing it up based on people's opinion about him on the forum.

I don't think he has leaked as many since he got moved to the wing, but that's no excuse to keep him there over Earl.

haha cheers big mike ;) GO THE PANTHERS!! YEW!!!

our season aint over yet have faith we can't give up on them now.
they have busted their arse all season to make the finals now the panthers are playing a semi this sat nite do or die match. yea everybody are righting us off now but hey we have good depth so i believe if we knuckle down and play to our potential we can knock the roosters off this week in a close one. if we could get through the game with a win and no more injuries than who knows we could go all the way!!

Close...but I'd back the Roosters in here.

They'll be spent from last week's epic from they'll be at home. Penrith welcome back Petero and he's a big addition to a lineup that looked lost on Saturday night. So long as the Roosters are able to defend kicks, they should progress.

Only way I can see the Panthers winning is if Coote does play and the Roosters struggle mentality after last week's blockbuster game. I think it will be a fairly even contest for about fifty minutes but then for the Roosters to kick on.

Roosters 28
Panthers 16

MoM: Pearce

Crowd: 25k

I think the Roosters will get up in a game to similar to Pen V Canberra last week wher they'll have the lead all game, then get tired. Easts by 2.

Coote not named? What is actually wrong with him? He was supposed to be back last week. 70 Cent returning could make all the difference, but I'm still tipping the feather dusters by about 12.
