lol @ Knights fans calling another club inept. Especially a club that's had more success and less wooden spoons. Good call.
yep way more successful, your last premiership was 20 years ago and you havent done jack since:lol::lol:
I'll take our 3 over your 1.5. It's not like Newcastle's was only a few years ago.
Didn't you guys get a spoon recently?and its not like the raiders will be winning anything other then a spoon for the next 20 years
newcastle fans are such wankers
But everyone remembers who won the spoon.Winning a finals game means jack shit unless its a grand final. No one remembers a team
Who made it to a semi final.
Pull the other one mate, you don't forget winning the wooden spoon. Not really. I couldn't even tell you what year we won it, I'd have to google it. f**k I can't even remember who got it last year. If I had to guess I would say Penrith. That's just me tho.
The same shoulder charge where Buderus made no contact with the head? That one?
Looks like Ferguson is made of glass ...
Fergo ya soft merkin
Tries to run as hard as he can at one of the smallest blokes on the field, Bedsy stands his ground and down goes Fergo. No wonder Mase was calling Blakey a dog haha
Nobody is suggesting that there was malice in the incident. I certainly don't think it warranted more than an on the field penalty (which we didn't actually get). Injuries happen in RL and it was a freak head collusion but it is f**king annoying that we have lost one of our better players for up to 8 weeks because of an illegal tackle gone wrong that we didn't even get a penalty for.
Danny Buderus may be the last player to escape being booked for a shoulder charge that results in a head clash, with NRL officials understood to be considering changing the definition of the charge to include ''incidental contact''.
Raiders officials were seething after centre Blake Ferguson was ruled out for up to eight weeks with a fractured eye socket believed to have happened when he was shoulder-charged by Buderus in Sunday night's match at Hunter Stadium.
Referees Brett Suttor and Gerard Sutton were axed after failing to take any action on the field, and Buderus escaped sanction by the match review committee as it can book a player for a shoulder charge only if his upper arm or shoulder makes contact with the head of an opponent.
