Panthers blew it, had every chance to win it but couldn't capitalise. Good tough game from the Doggies, but ff they give Souths that much possession they will get wiped like a dirty ass.

Canterbury has that structure in defence that confuses teams.

They hold down in the play the ball, move up in defence out wide and wait for the players up the middle.

But Penrith's attack was ordinary, so I guess it looked easy for Canterbury.

1974 Dogs lost to Roosters in the GF
1984 Dogs beat Eels in the GF
1994 Dogs lost to Raiders in the GF
2004 Dogs beat Roosters in the GF
2014 Dogs Vs Souths ????

Quite an incredible stat.

I'm a Souffs fan next week. I've discovered that after 2004 and 2014 I rather dislike the thuggery and fluky finals runs of the Dogs.

Souths should be instructing their players to lock themselves in their homes all week. Take no risks whatsoever so they don't all get hit by lightning or something. It's the only thing that could stop them from here.
