Thaiday is surprisingly charming for a guy who looks like a fat oaf. He will do alright in the media if he wants to go that option

Yep.

NSW need BJ. No doubt about it. Easily the form centre in the NRL at the moment.

He would certainly bring the unpredictability.

I reckon BJ would've scored that try that Morris missed out on based on BJ nearly always scoring tries like that.

Dylan Walker was very poorly used. Surely you throw him out there when the repeat sets happened.

We missed having a Bryce Cartwright type to put pressure on the defense.

Another year, another shocker selection that lives up to being terrible. Everyone said it.

I'm a big fan of Dylan Walker.... I think he's one heck of a talent....

But I don't get what the thinking was with picking him and only playing him in the final 10mins.

You pretty much handicap your pack by depriving them of another forward.

I understand having an impact guy off the bench... But surely they could have used him in the back end of the first half also...

Just seemed strange...

I can only suspect the coach wasn't impressed with the selection. Otherwise he'd have come on sooner.

Farah 52 tackles
Forced 2 drop outs

So basically he did his job & laid the platform for the NSW backs to do their job...don't understand what Ennis could do much better, harshly criticised imo

His passing was deplorable, particularly in the red zone. Also not crafty enough, everything he did was predictable.

And this is all the proof needed that your bias clouds your judgement.

Not even flat. Just beautifully executed quick hands. No one thinks it was forward, not even you. I can understand your frustration though.

If you thought that ball got over the line, your eyes are painted on

agreed.the ball was at least 4 inches from the line. For courage, this should go down as a mammoth effort by Qld.

NSW simply had this habit of allowing their forwards to plod up the middle with the slightest intention of off-loading.

As for Tahmou,I hope we don't get this hack.So often caught out of position. And the underlining point about this side is,someone out there should determine who is calling the shots. At times we looked like a herd of lost sheep.

So going on that performance, congrats to Qld on another series win.

For the Blues fans, just hope none of your team's players get picked. As it'll be just in vain.

Honestly all of the spine positions probably maloney the exception should be looked at. The nsw forwards gave them plenty of chances and the best they could come up with was 4 points

Part of a hookers job is to provide quick and efficient service to his playmakers. He was woeful, especially In the attacking 20.

I actually wonder if there was a c**k-up with the interchanges...

It seriously doesn't make any sense to me to basically play 70mins of an origin with 16 men...

It just flat out disadvantages your side...

Seriously dont get tne hate for Jackson. His defense was immense and NSW played the other side most of the night.QLD had done nothing down his side all night and the moment he went off Thurston went straight through.

Yep I'm his biggest critic but I thought he was solid tonight. I think we have better options than Pacey off Dawson's Creek but he didn't let anyone down tonight.

Moylan went alright on debut, Reynolds and Farrah clearly not the answer

the only time in the last 10 years the blues have looked dangerous is when J.Hayne was around

They were obviously trying to copy qld's selection of a utility, and then we get to the game and they are thinking "shit, now what do we do with him"

I had no problem with the No try called, but overturning the knock on call not long after has got me beat.

Still NSW should've done more to win. Its the same old same old, thinking that they can go over the top of Queensland just by going up the middle. Throw the ball around, more offloading, run on it more.

Seriously the selection of Dylan Walker is the most pointless selection in Origin history. His first touch was at the 77th minute.

As for Queensland, well its typical Queensland. Almost every set of six they went about 40-50m. They've got a better kicking game, work off each other, putting pressure on NSW. They looked more determine to win that.

He's no Aaron Raper

Raper played in Australia for the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks and Parramatta Eels[1] and in England for the Castleford Tigers.[2] Numerous injury problems, including a blood clot that prevented him playing a single game in first grade during the 1994 season, severely affected his career and prevented him from achieving the status predicted after a fine debut season with Cronulla in 1992.[3] He also represented Australia on several occasions, and was selected as an interchange player to represent New South Wales in one game of the 1997 State of Origin series but did not take the field.[4]
