Yes... this!Eventually they will. But no, let's just have teams in NSW and QLD in the comp then continue to bitch that other areas don't produce players.

So WA are going to supply Wynnum Manly with NRL quality players ?, from where ?.
WA’s local five team first grade competition ?, just curious because one of my sons mates plays for Wynnum.
Who isn't affiliated with an NRL team?
Do you reckon the Browns Plains Bears are better odds of getting an NRL licence? If a bear takes a dump in NSO is anyone around to see it?
Not for the last 30 years.

If Browns Plains gets the licence then they'll have to be sponsored by BP and run Humphrey B Bear onto the field. To me and others it’s known as Brown Stains.
I’ll tell you what, I’ll get behind the Bears bid if they commit to becoming the Brown Stains Bears.
Not sure , but I know nathan cleary took a huge dump on accor stadium, in the last 5 mins of the GF, and left poor Reece Walsh's having to pick it up...If a bear takes a dump in NSO is anyone around to see it?

Because like the other feeder arrangements, the NRL team will have a squad of 30 players, and there surplus players will play for the feeder team.So WA are going to supply Wynnum Manly with NRL quality players ?, from where ?.

I really don't get where you are going with this... Perth will be setup as a professional club with sponsors and 17 million grant money. If some 2nd tier club wants to own and run them, I doubt the Perth club will agree to that and probably cut ties with them, unless ofcourse its the Bears...That’s because they were powerful existing NRL clubs, I can’t believe I even replied to this lol
I agree, but WA can’t expect to be dictating terms in any negotiations when their only bargaining tool is locationEventually they will. But no, let's just have teams in NSW and QLD in the comp then continue to bitch that other areas don't produce players.
Their bargaining tool would be being a NRL team, and having millions in cash and opportunity.I agree, but WA can’t expect to be dictating terms in any negotiations when their only bargaining tool is location
Other than Peter Cumins, who else has agreed to invest in this club?I really don't get where you are going with this... They can they will have the nrl licenseI agree, but WA can’t expect to be dictating terms in any negotiations when their only bargaining tool is location
They can they will have the nrl license
They have to get that NRL license first, the NRL isn’t going to just give Perth a NRL license. They can they will have the nrl license
Bears offer a lot for a Perth nrl team but they (Perth) can put together their own bid without them. They have to get that NRL license first, the NRL isn’t going to just give Perth a NRL license.
NRL “what do you have you offer ?”
WA “a new location for you and a our five team local first grade competition will feed into our NRL side”
NRL “oh”
QLD Cup side “Why would we travel to WA when we can link with the Broncos, Titans, Cowboys, Dolphins or a NSW NRL side, what’s in it for us”
NSW Cup side “What’s in it for us”
Even if that was their only bargaining tool then it would still be more than what the bears have.I agree, but WA can’t expect to be dictating terms in any negotiations when their only bargaining tool is location
All the bears need is a desirable location, that the arlc want... roaming the nsw country side, or pasifika, with upto 4 nso games aren't going to cut it, its going to be a full-time perth/adelaide/vic2 or nz2 to be worthy of the arlc to listen, no point going to qld or another nsw coz there's teams already there in 1st and 2nd grade..Even if that was their only bargaining tool then it would still be more than what the bears have.
Two nrl games and two trials is perfectly acceptableAll the bears need is a desirable location, that the arlc want... roaming the nsw country side, or pasifika, with upto 4 nso games aren't going to cut it, its going to be a full-time perth/adelaide/vic2 or nz2 to be worthy of the arlc to listen, no point going to qld or another nsw coz there's teams already there in 1st and 2nd grade..
Like i said before they'd be in the comp already of they weren't so stubborn... they've only decided the whole we'll play wherever angle just recently, after realising its probably their last chance to get a licence if they sell their location away, to be honest i was rooting for them a few years ago, now i pity them for being stupid... like who's going to give you guys 4 nso games seriously.... you'd be lucky to get one trial there, especially when moore park is just over the bridge, or the central coast stadium you built is sitting there vacant
