Not if Brisbane 3 is more viable than any other option. Leaves opening & specific location for already established bid jets/ firehawks merger
A city of less than 2.5million shouldnt need 3 clubs whilst other cities have none. We are only talking the need for brisbane3 because dolphins are unlikely to do what we hoped a brisbane2 club would do.

You hoped, nor we, know one wants a crushers v2.0, not sure why you do... weaken the bronco citywide reach, or create one on the fringe to rival it, and source from other areas (sunshine coast)

But hey the firehawks are free now they can whip up another contract and become (insert city here) Firehawks, Shane Richo Richardson and bro, had the plan to become a global brand... they just aren't people persons

Pretty sure everyone was screaming for a game at Suncorp every week and a club to rival the broncos on and off the field?

And whos everyone?... secondly dolphin will rival the broncos without stepping on their turf so to speak, and a game is their every week (minus 3 at redcliffe) this year might not seem like it coz of the womens soccer world cup taking up venues

Like every advocate for brisbane2 for the last 15 years I’ve been on here lol

will they really though? time Will tell.

so 75% of the time, less if Sunshine Coast stump up the cash each year. Hmmmmm

Depends if NRL makes money with Brisbane 3 than anybody else. Remember broadcasters wanted more brissy content & u even said tigerhawks were cashed up

From tweed up to sunshine coast & out to Toowoomba has population of 4 million & that's just going to grow quick over time. Along with Sydney the NRL dominating these two markets will set game up forever. Or they could throw millions at Perth & hope they finals every year in Alf state

that will certainy be a factor but the nrl would have to overcome both the broncos and now dolphins objections and they need an 18th club decision within three years to go to tv market with. Can you honestly see the qlnd clubs allowing another brisbane club so soon?

the nrl already dominates those markets. What it doesn’t even have a presence in is a market of 2.5million people that is growing rapidly.

No they don't. Still just one live game a week. Brisbane once sustained an entire top level competition similar to nswrl.

For those already afflicted I can only suggest more forced listening to AC/DC
I was a wee bit ambivalent about that analogy.

One, because of the famous Angus Young quote "I'm sick to death of people saying we've made 11 albums that sound exactly the same. In fact, we've made 12 albums that sound exactly the same". Check out what now happens in RL after the ball crosses the touchline and tell me PVL isn't similarly attached to homogeneity.

Two, because the front cover of the "If You Want Blood" album could easily be an image from an NRL promo campaign. Precisely the kind of thing that persuades mums to switch their offspring from RL to Soccer.

and much less ABBA
In the section of "Abba: The Movie" filmed in Melbourne, Frida is seen sporting a Carlton guernsey.

In her defence, we all wore some shockers in the 70s. It's often depicted as "the decade that fashion forgot". No such excuse for Carlton. They're still faffing around in their horrid tank tops.

Mabel Park State High is one of the largest rugby league nurseries in the world. AwFuL is targeting 50 of its students per year. Over the next few years they're going to set up similar programs in other schools across Logan.

There's a good chance that the next Cameron Smith, Joseph Papali'i, Darren Smith, Jason Smith and Corey Parker will be playing fumbleball for the Lions.

Logan has produced more players for Queensland than any other city in the state.

AwFuL is targeting Logan to weaken the Broncos, Titans and Queensland Origin team. A strong Lions can make serious inroads under these circumstances.

There's two youtube interviews with nick livermore from thr bombers bid posted a year apart (2020 & 21) & he went from being against regional teams because "they limit overall city appeal" to "the new club must be based in south west growth area."

You've gone the other way (Perth red too). Maybe you should come back to favour a south west Brisbane team?!
