day 1 highlights are going to be a toss up between the openers scoring runs and Kiwi field changes.

Uzi going at a cracking pace, takes a lot of pressure off Davey when the runs are coming easily at the other end.

Dumb Dumb and Burns did exactly what you'd hope your openers would do - Boult hasn't looked himself at all

We desperately need to get back into this, even on a flat deck hard to get back into the game

Did I see right - the Kiwi's have to pump out 36 overs in the final session today.

Things could get ugly on this road with slow bowlers on.

I don't know how much you have been watching Madunit but McCullum has been changing the field like a lunatic. Like sometimes 3 or 4 times an over and huge changes at that. So its no shock they are quite a bit behind.

Correct. Only bowled 25 overs in the 1st session, not to mention the constant field changes

I can see them bowling their off-spinners for most of the overs until the new ball is available in the 80th over. Even with the extra half-hour after scheduled stumps, the overs will need to be bowled quickly

I've been listening on the radio and it sounds like he's changing the fields every second ball.

All that does is make life impossible for your bowlers. How can he expect them to build pressure if he doesn't let them bowl to a set field for more than a few deliveries?

f**king madness.

It's not T20 B Mac!

One over he moved like 8 guys to the off and then the next ball moved half of them to the on. It was....weird.

He is feeling a lot of pressure obviously.

His captaincy has been hugely odd today. Definitely doesn't seem to be coping at all, there's no plan, there's no consistency and no rhyme or reason to his bowling changes....
