Yasir is handy but he's still a tail ender. He doesn't have a lot of shots, or patience. Eventually he'll have a crack, hopefully giving us a catch.

Deep fielders aren't automatically defensive positions. Cover a blokes main scoring options and he starts to change the way he plays.

I don't. I'm not sure about the actual placement of the fielders, but we want Shafiq off strike and we want catchers for the tailender when he inevitably has a hack and gives us a chance.

He could probably balance the placement of the fielders better. But no reason he shouldn't have men catching in the deep

Also, the Pakistani fans in the background are more of a chance of putting off their batsmen than Australia's fielders. If I was Pakistan, I'd send over Younis Khan to tell them to shut up when the bowler is approaching.

Well that's what I mean about placement. He should have more slips, especially early in the day. And I think he should think about the deeper guys a little better too. Have a plan to Yasir, he likes to drive and sweep so block those boundaries and bowl to those shots. Use his impatience as a tailender against him
