God, what a wank ' our crowds are better than your crowds are' threads.
the Sharks (up 32 per cent) has led to significant growth in attendance figures this year.
http://www.smh.com.au/news/league/records-tumble-as-crowd-figures-soar/2005/08/13/1123353541122.htmlThe Broncos, Cowboys, Bulldogs, Roosters, Tigers, Knights and Sharks all boast average home crowds greater than the season average of 16,186.
Ok quote me then goose. I never claimed the Bulldogs had dismal figures. But if you want me to I can factually say that your team moved to the Telstra stadium and it was a dismal failure as too many empty seats looked ridicules. Not only that, fatshark is shooting his mouth off trying to claim Brisbane and Canterbury have dismal figures...

Sat: Sharks 20 d. Panthers 14
at Toyota Park, Woolooware, Sydney (NSW)
Crowd: 19,562
Your club's supporters should have a little thing called 'passion' - evidently they are the epitome of 'fairweather' supporters.

pot calling the kettle...'Fairweather' - there's no other description for your club's fans.

You never answered my question so I take it Im right. More Shark fans travel up there than yours do down here. So your wrong.

Hass said:The NRL does itself no favours with its unintelligent scheduling.
There are three games in Sydney this weekend.
None are on a Sunday afternoon.
The two games on Saturday were held in the most remote parts of Sydney - the Shire and the Peninsula.
They were put on up against a Waratahs match - lluckily for the NRL, that team's form meant it was less of an issue than usual.
The other game is on a Monday Night which promises to be the best attended of the three. But it's still a gamble with it not known how crowds will react to Monday nights.
A double-header on Saturday night at Telstra Stadium with a match at the SFS on Sunday afternoon would have been a much better way to start the season in it's heartland.
That's not an excuse for last night's poor crowds, it's just sensible thinking.
Cheers.
