our formal last year was the end of term 3 also
we had a few muck up days, construction day where we diverted stuff around the school, gansta day when we looked like ganstas and played basketball n sh*t and fluro day where we were dressed in fluro and waterbombed the f**k out of people, before being told to leave. Pretty good, one kid threw a water bomb back earlier in the week, he lived to regret that.

It's kinda sad but you will probably never see 90% of the people you went to school with when it's all said and done...So make the most of it!!

Yeah that's all true but at least you dont have to see the merkins again

Just out of curiousity, do you still speak to old school friends? Or did you lose contact?

All this talk makes me feel how good our school was to us. We were allowed to do some pranks, and for the last Friday of term 3 the school booked out the local park and let us have a BBQ there followed by a huge water fight (without the younger punk kids getting involved, then having a sook when we dished it back to them). At the end of the water fight we tackled one of my mates and the whole grade crowded around him as we poured the ice container (had about 10 bags of ice in it, about half had melted) all over him. Classic moment to end our school life.

We didn't really do muckup day, ours too got banned...
The year before the year 12s put liquid nails in every lock in the school. And killed grass on the oval in the shape of a giant c**k.

Apparently a muck up week a few years ago some former students and people from another school came in and did the liquid nails one on all the locks. Cost the school a fortune. The principal just kept preaching to us all week until we were finally like "f**k it" and just went home. It didn't help that it was cold and raining as well.

On one of our last days a guy drew a c**k infront of our canteen in chalk. The a teacher tried to water it out but it just turned into a water c**k lol. Because were aren't allowed to play footy or anything at the front of the school. Some people were planning to one night sneak in with a roller and chemicals and make a cricket pitch to play on the last day. It didn't eventuate though. The principal told us he hired security for the whole last week of school to avoid the liquid nails type prank again. And how would they get a roller in the fricken school .

Ours died when a teacher (willingly) got tied up and had a pie thrown in their face. But the principal didn't see it that way and the guy almost got the guys HSC taken away! It's slowly died since then at our school. The last good muck up day I remember was when I was around yr 8 I think. They put rotten fish everywhere, lubed up all the railings, locked the library for half the day + the usual water fight.

There was probably 20 people in our group of friends at school. Regularly see about 8 of those. Apart from the odd random meeting at the shops, pub, ect, I have never spoken to anybody else in our year since we finished...

We organise get togethers and bbq's within our group of friends every few months and usually around 10-15 people show up...

"remember kids, the later you finish your HSC the bigger your penis is"

I've been using that one on everyone who's bragging to me about being finished.
