Training shirts. Note the lack of the NRL logo on those jerseys, plus the red under the arms of the black one.

I believe they've been wearing them in their pre-season matches so far this year as their playing jerseys weren't ready.

Oh yeah whoops didnt notice that. Their real jerseys just look so cluttered with all the logos and stupid turtle lines all over it.

Warriors to wear Fai on their chests
The Warriors have unveiled their new jerseys, which include Sonny Fai's signature and a player number on the chest

The Warriors have launched their NRL season with a moving tribute to Sonny Fai from his sister Lalelei.

The club has showcased its new jersey, which will be black at home and white across the Tasman, moving on from last year's silver strip.

Centre Brent Tate says the jersey will also remember Fai, who was swept out to sea at West Auckland's Bethells Beach on January 4.

"With our jerseys this year we've got his signature and his Warriors number above our heart . . . he's a part of our squad for 2009 and he'll never be forgotten."

Sonny Fai's sister Lalelei Fai paid tribute to her brother, before footage was shown of Fai speaking to captain Steve Price and playing guitar with Tiki Taane.

Meanwhile 300 examples of Steve Price's bucket hat were auctioned off because he is approaching the 300 NRL match milestone - he is sitting on 299 games. One bidder bought a hat for $1,200-dollars.

Can't find any pics though.
Here we go ... this shot is from the official launch the other night. There's definitely some sort of "squiggle" above the Warrior logo.

Also it seems our cheerleading squad has taken a turn for the worse:

If you're thinking of parting with your hard-earned for a Warriors jersey this year, you'd need your eyes checked!

A kiwi mate of mine (who is a Warriors fan) loves the new jerseys. He says he is really happy CCC is moving back into doing League jerseys because -he says- more union teams are going with Adidas over CCC.

If I was a Warriors fan, I wouldn't like the new jerseys. If Newcastle went down that path, I'd be pretty pissed off. It's bad enough the NSW Origin jersey is doing it (despite changing from CCC to Classic this year).

Titans sign four year deal with adidas from 2010

The Jetstar Gold Coast Titans have defied current global sponsorship trends by announcing a four-year multi-million dollar sponsorship with international sports brand adidas™.

In a major coup for the Jetstar Titans, leading global sports brand adidas™ has come to a four-year agreement with the club commencing in 2010.

The exclusive arrangement as the club’s official on-field and training apparel supplier will make the Jetstar Titans one of the few teams within international sport to carry the famous three stripes.

“This new sponsorship agreement is an exciting fit for both brands and acts as further recognition of the club’s growth since our first season in 2007,’’ said Jetstar Titans managing director Michael Searle.

“adidas™ is a global leader in the sports performance apparel market and importantly this partnership aligns the Titans with some of the strongest brands in international sport such as the Australian Cricket Team, the Australian Olympic Team and English Football giants Liverpool and Chelsea.

“Being able to link with such a strong brand in the world market is massive recognition of the club’s position in the national sporting landscape and highlights the significant growth of the Titans brand value in the marketplace.’’

adidas™ managing director Greg Kerr described the Jetstar Titans as an ‘innovative’ club and explained the new sponsorship was a strategic decision for the future.

“The current economic environment is challenging, and leading brands must create opportunities through bold strategic investment decisions,’’ said Mr Kerr.

“The opportunity to partner with a young, innovative and ambitious club like the Titans is a strategic decision for the future, and the partnership is perfectly aligned with adidas™ brand strategy.

“Through our partnership with the Titans we will establish a strong footprint in Queensland, and we look forward to the journey and alignment with such a professional outfit that the Titans have established.”

Official Titans apparel designed by adidas™ will not be unveiled until the club’s existing contract expires at the end of the 2009 season.

All of my jersey panels have been updated for the new season (aside from some clubs who are yet to finalise their heritage strip).

Examples are below, you can find the full set by clicking here:
