Now goes to show the areas really identifying with their major sponsor - Strathfield Bulldogs in both name and fanbase (doof doof doof etc), Coal and Allied Knights (working class area) and St George Bank Dragons... I think the Raiders are going to the dark colours in an effort to avoid any sort of jersey clash. As it stands both their H&A strips potentially clash with one or both of Souths strips, this one should avoid that clash completely.

Having said that, haven't clubs learnt that simple jerseys are the best? Surely Canberra knows that given it's strips over the past few years?

Really like those logos. Look very classy. Maybe they should get the same person who designed them to design the Central Coast Bears logo because its terrible.

They'd be better off using the second one I reckon with the chevrons because it fits with their jersey (plus I reckon it looks better anyway). If they use the other logo they'd be better off changing the jersey design to the butcher stripes to match.

I prefer the butcher stripes but you can't really go wrong with either design. Both look great.

Agree that the 'Dogs badges look great, they'd look even better if they had "Canterbury Bulldogs" above the Dog, rather than just "Bulldogs".

I can't understand why they don't use a jersey made up of blue and gold, the minor colours on their home jersey, instead of black.

Home jersey = Green + white trim
Away jersey = Blue + gold trim.

It's not like they're going to wear their away jersey against the GC or Parra.
