Melbourne Storm’s home ground AAMI Park will be transformed this Saturday night when the club celebrates the much anticipated release of Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises™ on July 19.

In partnership with Warner Bros., Saturday night’s game against the Cowboys has been named Storming the Knight and will see the team wear a specially designed The Dark Knight Rises™ jersey.

The one-off jersey features The Dark Knight Rises™ logo emblazed across the torso. Additionally, some black has been introduced to the jersey and shorts, aligning with the theme of Nolan’s Dark Knight™ trilogy.

Melbourne Storm’s official apparel partner, KooGa, is producing only 500 replica jerseys for retail sale, so this exclusive collector’s item is anticipated to sell out quickly. The Dark Knight Rises™ jerseys are available at melbournestormshop.com.au and at the game.

There will be significant themed activity around the match, with The Dark Knight™ spectacularly arriving into the stadium as part of Melbourne Storm’s pre match entertainment. Fans are also encouraged to dress as their favourite superhero for the event, with the club offering ticket packages which include a general admission ticket with a cape and headpiece.

Tickets are on sale now at ticketek.com.au

ARLC needs to ban this sort of shit immediately and bring in some strict rules for jerseys (home, away, clash and 1 x charity jersey per season)
