I didn't pick him because I'd be labelled as a bias merkin, but McManus is seriously one of the form wingers right now. He's a far better player then what he showed in his Origin debut. I'd go with Morris though because I think he's high on confidence at the moment by getting some time at FB and I think he'll bring that confidence on the wing for NSW. He also completes the backline that has some serious pace from 1-7.

Very good player. I wouldn't pick him - I'd have Hayne and Uate instead - but I think he wouldn't be the worst selection in the world.

Lawrence has been average this year. Not great, but not bad either. I think he's clearly suffering from the Tiger's form in general. Having said that, he needs to start playing well to break into the Blues squad.

Yer but the argument is how good did Jennings play last year when he played rep footy even though he struggled for the panthers. QLD picked Inglis and Hodges when they aren't in the best of form and they always produce. Guys like them as well as Thurston and Hayne always produce in the rep scene irrespective of outside form, Lawrence and Jennings are big game player to me and I would give him a chance to prove themselves esp with no one else pushing for selection.

Lawrence will have the country city clash to show what he has outside of the tigers teams as well but realistically he is the most dangerous centre with the ball in hand that is available for NSW.

Lawrence is not more dangerous than Jennings. Jennings is going to be a very vital player for us this series as he has the ability, as shown in game 1 last year, to tear QLD up on their right fringe. We haven't had that in a NSW centre since pre Rugby Gasnier in 2008.

Btw, when is Michael Gordon due back?

I'm starting to think if Morris can maintain his form at FB and Gordon is back for a rd or 2 before Origin

1. Morris
2. Gordon
3. Jennings
4. Hayne
5. Uate

Yeah round 10 or 11 he has stated is his aim. Def not most of the season but probably late for origin.

Jennings should be one of the 1st players picked.......

After watching Ennis the bum grub today, if Sticky has him in the SOO side I will have serious reservations on if I'll watch.

This Pr#ck thinks what he does is gamesmanship. Its boarder line cheating and he should be penalized, suspended or whatever for whinging, grubby behaviour. This knob job does not deserve to be in NRL.

On a different note does anyone know Sam Kasino's back ground. Very good forward.

sam kasiano? well didn't he pledge allegance to QLD? It's absolute BS! He was a good mate of mine back in high school here in NZ, he should be a NZer.
