just on the training jerseys being sold (in general not just warriors), the nrl rules state that you need to wear a jersey in a game to sell it, obviously that doesn't count for training gear, why couldnt the tigers (?) just have released their pink strip last year as a "training jersey" to sell?
I'm not sure about other teams but the Warriors usually play the pre-season trails in the training jerseys so I assume that's how they get around it

Easts are at least making some effort to integrate sponsors. At least they don't have Steggles cutting off the Vee.

Steggles has never cut off the V on the home jersey and the away jersey this year and heritage last year was a throwback to the 2002 GF jersey so nothing to do with sponsorship cutting off the V
