For all but the most serious cases, yes.

Is the Supreme Court not the general court for civil matters in NSW? With the exception of minor small claims, is there another lower court for civil matters?

I don't need to defend Jodeci I'm sure he can do it himself .....but he had the balls to run for the board because he thinks he could make a difference. Regardless of the result, the board must be united and on the same page for the betterment of this club, they must be allowed to do their job and we must not intervene in any way shape of form, I like most of you are sick and tired of what's transpired in the last few years with the outside influences and the media having a field day... Enough is enough
