Agree. If our Membership is dumb enough to vote in another bunch of cowboys (to herald a further era of instability), then it's time to give up on the whole thing.

To sit back and watch from a distance, cheer the team on - but sneer at these self-interested buffoons that stand in these elections and use our club's governance as some battle prize to be carved up every two years.

I will be voting, because we can't afford people who care about the club to not make a stand against the stupid things being said and done by stupid tickets. Not voting is not the answer - we can't let our club be "Parramounted"!

I'll be voting for the incumbent Parra First team, including four Directors that have been steadily and safely steering our club through the troubled waters. I reccommend any member that will be near the Club or Dundas over the next three days should do the same.

Agree that stability is what we need that is why I will be voting for the current board. but if our dumb fans vote otherwise then I'll give it away too. Denis and Roy and their tickets cannot treat our club like their personal fiefdoms.

Thankyou for your concern, very kind of you.

Seriously gents, get behind Steve Sharp, it you dont want the club dragged kicking and screaming back to the dark ages you must the current board back in.
VOTE 1 PARRA FIRST STEVE SHARP

So glad your ok buddy

I guess even you must be sick and tired and greatly embarrassed by this stupidity hence the lack of posts from yourself.

This club is f**ked.

Hopefully Sharp gets another go and proves that his ideas for the club are going to work. Otherwise it's just time to get back on the merry go round and listen to more bickering between board members and see players leave because they're sick of it

Stagger when you go to cast your vote why don't you ask Fitzy himself. I'm sure he will be there for the next 3 days to cause trouble.

I was told by a source that Fitzy mentioned to one of the candidates today that the split from the Parra professionals to join with roy affiliates was "purely strategic" . The phone call was made last week when both roy and Fitzy canvassing support appeared lost. This tactic seems to confirm that Fitzy and Spags combined their blocks at the AGM last year to do the same to defeat motions.

I will be walking away and handing my membersip in if they get even one candidate in.

Good luck to our club if this occurs because well needed it if there Krupt merkins get back.

Too late I voted yesterday and didn't see Fitzy.... But you're more than welcome to do it and let us know,

What a f**king embarrassment our club is.
I've seen more mature people on Romper Room.

Suity

you seem to be judging our club's behaviour by the behaviour of a handful of idiots

why is this ?

The biggest risk to stability at our club is apathy.
Unless as many members as possible get out there in the next 3 days and vote, there is no guarantee Sharp and the current Board will be returned.

Approx 100 people only voted yesterday at the Club and exit polling has the results pretty even at the moment.

The more that vote, the less impact the block voters have. The PLC has 25,000 eligible members and there is expected to be only 1500 votes.

Apathy sux.

Paul Kent on NRL 360 said last night that we were a basket case and that Foran would not last 4 years because of the board turmoil. He said that "the Board must get their act together".

He seems to be out of touch with the root of the problem.

"The Board" cannot prevent merkins nominating and spreading propaganda designed to create instability. "The Board" cannot stop the SMH and Telecrap publishing stories which are designed to spread unthruths and cause division. There is zero that can be done about this and frankly until such time that Fitzy, Spags and their henchman f**k right off and stop pretending that they give a crap about this great club this problem will never go away.

Yes I just got off the phone to a mate of mine who saw you and said you were there "jock sniffing" with piggy riddell. Hope you didn't vote for piggy because I don't know what he can add over the current board. Hope you asked him what he has done for the club since he left the eels 7 years ago and when he last stepped into the leagues club. Did you get a selfie with the pig?

Well said. Enough of the talk about board room dramas . Get out and vote and stop the factions. Review at the candidates and pick the best. Having said that I'm with you mjc and want to see the current returned for stability. I haven't agreed with everything they have done but they have got us going in the right direction.

Nice to see people are paying attention to me, as I've stated a few times, I know over half the candidates quite well and regularly speak with them including the current board..

Feel free to come and say hi when you want to... I highly doubt you'd reveal yourself though

Anyone supporting destabilizing factions certainly won't be getting a rock star reception from me. In fact I will take great pleasure to take them aside and tell them quietly to f**k right off.

 I've made the paper.

On a more serious note, how can anyone possibly find any reason to vote for parties associated with either Fitz/Spags?
Please let the club move forward and without these two muppets.
Leave our club alone!

I have not heard anyone put forward any reason why a vote for the opposing factions is a good idea. I'd love to hear them too !
