So do I. He is a massive loss. Apart from being a threat to score from anywhere on the field, his metres getting us out of trouble are invaluable.

He is bloody great player and hate to see him go!!

But let's not forget how good Hayne was in 2014 before he left. We covered that ok!

We should be in his ear now about just not honouring that French contract. Just never turning up. Then making out like he just missed a flight etc until the French give up. They do that.

Losing Alvaro was massive when we for some God forsaken reason decided to pick Kaysa and Terepo tonight.

I just didn't get it, once Alvaro went down we had essentially 2 forwards on the bench, Pritchard played 10 mins and when Taumalolo is charging at you and we are behind he is not the ideal player to have on the bench.

We never looked like winning, forwards got dominated and they played the perfect game, they're completions were 100% for majority of the game.

We lacked serious spark and cohesion in attack, makes you wonder if last week really zapped us that bad.

We need size up front as I have been saying for ages and we need it severely, we need another big body.

Again we say, onto next year but the loss of Semi next year is huge.

Some big players back also but I am so over saying next year when is it ever gonna be us?

We lost to a team with better players. People look at who they are missing but have a look at who they did have. And most of them have won a premiership as well.

We were just outclassed.

Losing Alvaro was massive given the makeup of our bench tonight. 2 weeks in a row we've lost forwards early..

Cowboys largely faultless and we just didn't get in our groove all game. Well done Cowboys.

First time in a decade though we can say "we'll be better next year" with any sort of conviction and no relying on hope.

Covering for Semi will be damn near impossible, but having Gutho back and fit will give an a much better outlet for points in attack, Semi really only came good at the back end of the year, funnily enough when we relied on him more without Gutho/French

Better go forward would make it easier to play low risk - look at how much time Morgan had to kick the ball in the second half. He was never under pressure.

But we hung in there and played to our strengths. If our third string fullback didn't hand them a try early in the second half we might've won.

The Plane was always a chery on the top player, the type of player who comes up with the big play to win the odd game.

Semi does a f**k load more for this team in any given match just to get us in the position to win the match than The Plane did in his entire time at the club.

Semi is a far bigger loss than The Plane.

You are drunk

I'm guessing that Kritchard was put on the bench in case King didnt make it through.

I hate Will Smith at fullback

Vave hasn't been playing all that well either

It is the first season I can remember where we went in with highish expectations and at least matched those expectations.

We are getting much better value for money from Jennings than we ever got from Hayne.

You are kidding???
Hayne just played in terrible squads with terrible coaches.
Hayne got us to a final we had no business being in on paper (Daniel Mortimer and the other half I can't even remember). That alone is better value than any 10 guys have given us ever.
