Last time I tried to get that mythical bus I ended up walking.
I couldn’t even find one.
I got abused from a bus driver for asking if his bus was going to central.
Apparently his bus was a special supporters bus.
Looked like a normal bus to me.
He looked like normal fat loser bus driver too.

The night when the Roosters were playing Penrith at the SFS and the Swans were playing next door at the SCG at the same time there were plenty of the mythical buses at Central, two were taking on passengers and four waiting, when the first two moved off then next two moved up to take passengers, took about 4 minutes to get on the bus and about 7-8 minutes the ground, it was a dream but last week when the Roosters and the Swans clashed at the same time the queue for the bus was a mile long, only one bus and no other ones waiting so I jumped on a 376 and I was at the ground in 10 mins. In essence the mythical bus usually works well but there are times where it Is is sh*t.

Absolutely, did you see the trillions of sharks supporters in the stands in Melbourne?
Would have been a poor crowd if our supporters were not great travellers
I was at the game, they were all mostly in one section in the back corner that the camera kept going to

Don't get me wrong it was a great away turnout, better than most, but to say it would of been a poor crowd without them is wrong38445085_255465935177229_1103789513987063808_n.jpg
I see a lot more purple than blue

this weeks updated stadium averages:

View attachment 22334

F*ck me, Brooky averages 8.8k? What is the f*cking point of the Sea Eagles if they cant even get into 5 diget crowds?

I know they are having a bad year, but its even more depressing when they are going well. The highest average Brooky has even managed was 15.5k. HIGHEST. EVER.

That the f*cking peak.

People ask who should be cut from Sydney. I dont think we would lose much by moving the Eagles.

Seags just need to move fulltime to the CC and be done with it. Absolutely shitful for their local fans but what other choice moving forward do they have? State and local gov are not interested in fixing up Brooky, staying there is pretty futile.

It would not be possible for them to do any worse in a new stadium.

The reality is that Brooky will never get funding for an upgrade. It would be a perfect training ground, but it will continue to degrade as an NRL venue.

It would be f*cking tragic if they needed to move to the SFS. At least on the CC, they could keep their identity as a "f*ck you" to everything south of the harbour.

Would have been lucky to be more than 1-2K absolutely tops.

The crowd was about 4K above the sharks average so I'm assuming that means every crowd is a poor one for the sharks. Not to mention the sharks get far better away support than the storm do.

The people who argue with raiderdave every week (namely sharks fans) post the same level of shit that he does. There is only a handful of posters who actually attempt to contribute to the discussion in this thread in a meaningful way.
Oh I see what you are saying. However whilst I’m here I will say this, whilst the “trillions” comment was sarcasm, it was a healthy turnout of away supporters and that Billy is the point. We are constantly told our supporters don’t travel or that other teams don’t.

I have been to games at Suncorp and Cbus and there are plenty of sharks supporters at those venues when we play there.

At least the television acknowledged it in Melbourne with the coverage.
