If you were at that game, you'd know that statement was laughable
There were not more Sharks fans there than Roosters fans

You must have watched on TV as the camera was pointed towards the side where there were about 50 / 50 Sharks and Roosters fans. On the other side of the ground it was largely Roosters fans and neutrals who live up the Coast.

I was there
Bullshit.
Oh and you keep ignoring the point Cockosh was making (in jest btw) - that the Roosters had 16,000 members and 15,000 average attendance - therefore our supporters were the most loyal at turning up

Now breathe deeply - loyal supporters, the Roosters, get it?
You're supposed to be laughing........

Da-daaaaa
Also bullshit.
And no you dont have the loyalist supporters, your fans hardly turn up to non special events.
Just like last week.

Canberra’s numbers are pretty impressive.

Fans have every right to be turned off the green machine with the shit they dish up

Tigers, Parra, Dogs and Souffs would be dumb to not use the Easter show as a huge membership drive

the Raiders are at worst ..... entertaining
they find ways to lose games that are borderline not believable
when they run out , you are left wondering , what in gods name is going to happen this week

One. You completely miss every point.
We are agreeing that we don't have the most loyal supporters. We're taking the piss. Lies, lies and damned statistics

Two. There were not more Sharks fans at Gosford. I was there. Were you?

Three. There were 17,000 at our game last week. 13 to 14,000 of who were Roosters fans. I was there. Were yo?

Four. Everyone knows that the Sharks are the most loyal. Its why you have the most members and have 100,000 fans at every home game

Nice try, but no.
Yes there was.
15,153 @ Allianz.
Nice try to bring Cronulla into it, but we 1. have more members than you. And also had a bigger average last year than you if you take away the anzac match and the matches played outside allianz where more of the other teams fans watch.

The crowd announced on the night was just shy of 17k. Offical crowd was 15k
Not sure why the diff. Strange.
So there were 12,000 Roosters and 3,000 Knights. What is your point?

There were more Roosters than Sharks fans in Gosford. I was there.

But all that aside, anyone who tries to pretend the Roosters have brilliant support is just winding you up.

Every who watches Rugby League knows the Dragons, Souths, Bulldogs and Parra have the largest supporter bases in Sydney. Possibly the Tigers if they ever get their shit together

Cronulla, Manly, Penrith and the Roosters have fairly similar supporter bases. Arguing over who has more is just dumb.

Congratulations on being that person

No. There wasnt.
Youre the one who has members throwing shit at souths for having double the members you do.
Congratulations, thats what your fanbase offers.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve stated on here that our crowds are shit. But we do cop a disproportionate amount of criticism considering we are on par, give or take, with several other clubs (also crap). I did take pleasure in seeing us top the count for Sydney clubs last year. Stephen Bradbury eat your heart out lol.

You still haven’t answered whether or not you were at Gosford? Seems you just like making up facts as you go. Moving numbers as it suits.
Souffs member numbers are an anomaly and it’s why plenty of fans other than chooks have made jokes about their pet memberships. 15 other clubs have crowds that are within 80 to 90% of memberships. At best souffs are at 50%. Last year at 30%. You are more than happy to question roosters crowds yet you see no issue with their member numbers. I know it’s embarassing but you need to pull that souffs jersey out of your closet.

You were only top because you have Anzac day which you share with the dragons and taking games away from your catchment where neutrals and other teams fans can watch you, like Gosford where there was more sharks fans than roosters fans, and more melbourne fans in Adelaide.
Take that away and youre right down the bottom.
And i dont know how many times it has to be told to you, Memberships do not equal attendance.
Just because your thick head cant understand that when souths came back from the dust, they tried and found success in non ticketed memberships. And why the f**k WOULD they get a ticketed membership to sit in ANZ stadium.
Dont need to be a fan to defend them.
Souths attendance is shit, they have the biggest member drop in the last few years. Yet still has double the members of the club trying to call other teams fans as a representation in their crowd average.
Funny that.

Ok mate lol.
You do realise EVERY teams home average includes fans from other clubs. You just seem intent on being selective in applying it to us.
And you still won’t confirm your attendance at Gosford? On what basis did you conclude there were more sharks fans there?

Yes there were. I was there. You were not.

Souths do a wonderful job of getting people to buy memberships. Any comments about numbers who turn up are just trolling. It takes a special kind of person to fall for those types of jibes

Same way you were there when you claimed 17k last week. Sure.
Sure looked like more sky blue then dark blue and red in the crowd, sure sounded like more sharks fans as well. So while you say you were there. The evidence says otherwise, especially with previous games at CC...
Trolling or not, your fans are one of the last teams to be having a 'troll' at other teams membership numbers and attendance figures when its pretty clear to see what your attendance figures out of allianz beside the Anzac test match.
