The Roosters, much like the Storm should have a penalty blown against them every second tackle. They are allowed to play at the ball and fight with the ball longer than any team in the comp.

You see penalties for "hand on the ball" but that seems to be very rare for them to get penalties for it considering it is their entire tactic in defence and with the 3 or 4 players in the tackle, they all do it.

It is very effective, but should be penalised every set.

Wonder how much of an affect Cleary leaving has had on them? reports were that Packer was really pissed, Maybe Madge doesnt float their boat. Either way they are on big coin and looking like 2nd grade park players
