The list of sponsors in the 2020 Panthers membership email I received still has Classic as the apparel partner. Maybe it's still classic until 1 November or something...

I’m pretty confident we’ll have a new jersey this year. It would be our ninth home jersey design - not counting minor variations year to year. The longest we’ve ever worn the same basic design is seven years. The shortest amount of time before changing is one year - in 1998 and 2015.

Re: Titans, they need to abandon the dark blue ASAP. That light, almost baby blue and sand yellow is perfect for them. Their Jersey this year looked like the Cowboys jersey.

I dont mind dark blue being used, it just needs to be used right. The dark blue should be kept as a trim or secondary colour (as long as there is more light blue than dark)

2 blue and gold is a good combo, it just needs to be used right with the right ratios

As a trim colour potentially, but it definitely needs to be the minor colour alongside the light blue and yellow being the dominant colours. The jersey they had in 2018 was terrible, this years however was just god awful.

As "meh" as it was, the titans inaugrual jersey has been their best and most iconic. Hopefully they revert to a version of that (basically their heritage jersey from the last few years)

I doubt there are any restrictions on the type of collar a team wears and Cheyse Blair wore long sleeves without issue.

I’m a big fan of long sleeves and I want to see more players try it. It’s a great look.

If long sleeves were introduced would the rubber grips be allowed on the forearm area to assist with ball control?

I don't see why not. I know the Warriors' 2019 jersey by Canterbury had gel grips all over the entirety of the front and on the sleeves as well.
