All the drama of the last few weeks, but we have still only signed Luciano Leilua (Dragons),Billy Walters (from Storm) for this year, from what I can see.
I don't think we have a bad side, but with Matterson, Masters & others gone, we are not as strong as last year, I was hoping we would have had a powerful signing by now, but not to be.
Still time, but it is draining, isn't it.

We picked up that Qld hooker to and I think another Qlder as well.

Jake Simpkin is the very highly rated Jnr Maroons hooker we got along with Reece Hoffman the goal kicking center. Both development players. Simpkin is the one to watch, already has a much bigger frame then Liddle.

As it stands, I think we have done well so far in the player market. Considering we had low expectations, I think we surpassed them. We surpassed mine.

We still have three spots (I think) left one of which will be Musgroves.

We are obviously on the hunt for a fullback and either Dufty or Lomax would work there.

Its next year when we have the big money. So Im happy so far.
Dufty is a knob and hard to manage so that's a no from me , what ever that's worth. Much rather have someone who is willingly to do the hard work not problem children.

I think Thommo is better than Dufty especially for the money but what I meant is I don't see the logic in paying good money to sign a known dickhead. I'd rather pay extras for a bloke who will do the work and is committed as opposed to clowns like dufty and moylan.
I think Thommo is great, maybe a bit small for the role these days, so maybe we need to sign some tall timber, quick as lightening wingers, to counteract this.
How tall is JAC? He passes the other test:)

I don't know how fast he is but at 196 cm, Kane Bradley certainly fits the bill. At
6 ft 5 in, he's almost as tall as Campbell Graham, so I'd say that qualifies as tall timber.

Garner is someone who I reckon is ready for a breakout year.

Call me crazy but I think he's got rep honours written all over him in the next few years.

He has to play as well as he can consistently and even then isn't really in the running for a SOO spot. I think LL has more of a chance of breaking into rep sides. He is a bigger body than Garner.

They both aren't the complete package yet but they have a lot of upside. I rate Chee-Kam as well. I just don't know if he can play 80 minutes on the edge.

He has to get his defense spot on, agree that his consistency let's him down a fair bit but at his best he's pretty damaging.

I think defensively they all have some flaws even Lawrence. They can all run a good line and make a bust though.

Wests Tigers can provide the following update on the club's official NRL squad for the upcoming 2020 season.

With the arrival of Luciano Leilua from the Dragons a on a three-year deal, Wests Tigers currently have 26 players contracted players as part of the Top 30 squad.

Under NRL guidelines, clubs are required to confirm a top 24 roster for 2020 with the NRL as of November 1, 2019 — the start of the financial rugby league calendar — with 29 players to be signed on from the start of the regular season.

Clubs then have until the June 30 deadline to finalise their Top 30 squad, while also retaining between three and six players as part of the club's Development squad.

Jake Simpkin and Reece Hoffman will join Jock Madden, Kane Bradley and Zac Cini as the club's Development Players in 2020. The five players will train full-time with the NRL squad, but are not eligible to play first-grade until after Round 16.
