Thanks wazdog, Suitman posted a pic earlier but this one is even clearer on how empty it was, absolutely disgusting, if the members haven't committed to being there 2 days beforehand those tickets should then go on sale to the general public.

I would say so, Titans with 15k is exceptional considering their season- must be including magic weekend.

Also no teams under 12k is rare, when has that ever happened before?

Don't know about 20k

But definitely 16-18k IMO with a good stadium in Civic.

yeah was thinking with a good stadium around 25k should be able to average 17k in an average season

Whatever tickets were left today for QCB got snapped up in about 5 mins.

Shame they didn't throw up the temp seating and allow standing tix to get 30k into the joint.

The logic here is that the games in country venues are a choice by the club, and standalone matches. Magic Round matches are generally forced upon most clubs as home games, and cannot be separated out from others on the same day.

Regional matches removed (Warriors aside) doesn't change a lot - Manly and Gold Coast swap spots either side of Canberra and the Roosters leapfrog Melbourne.
