that's excellent.
Recently here in the NT there was the annual show circuit...heard a guy who sells showbags
being interviewed on ABC radio and the woman presenter asked which were the most popular
showbags,so he says the best sellers are "Friends and Seinfeld"...[I know right,go figure that one],
and the third best seller is NRL...Parramatta in particular because they bring a game to Darwin
every year and are sponsored by NT as well...[Cowboys are popular here too],
she's a fumbler fan so she asked "what about the afl?"
and he says "Nah,don't sell,no-one up here is interested."
then off to a commercial break and no more talk of showbags.

A fumbler team in Darwin would be an abject failure,
but they keep talking it up....
Thanks for the news from the frontier state, the ABC would have hated that one, wouldn`t suit their anti-League agenda at all. I`ve watched a bit of the NT NRL on tele down here, there`s a lot of exciting talent I`d love to see the NRL tapping into.

to be fair, ABC are the one's who dropped the Hawthorn story in their grand final week..

A mate of mine got tickets at 10.45 last night
29467

So building nicely

pax 45823

So if you assume linear ticket sales between the times of these two posts, they’ve been selling approximately 292 tickets an hour, which means the pax should hit 54,000 by kickoff.

If the pax excludes Accor Stadium members, we could be looking at a crowd of 60k.

Hopefully the weather holds off.

Well I just got mine

only selling single seats now for all categories

the remainder will go in the members pre sale
There were plenty of tickets available 24 hours ago. Whoever wins tonight, it's going to be a majority Eels crowd next week...
