Pity the best the game has to offer has to be called by someone who is so far down the order of commentators. Nine should beg Fox to loan Warren Smith to them for the next game.
f**k no, I semi tolerate Nine because Warren Smith is garbage. All of Fox League's commentators are rubbish.

NSW picked too many forwards to play pretty. Not enough go forward from the middles. Can’t be having yeo, matterson and Murray all in the same team.
Cleary and luai looked like halves that has just met.
Wighton and teddy nsw best
the problem is they picked a bunch of meat and potato forwards like Sims, Martin, RCG, Matterson, etc and none of them went close to running for 100m.
Literally the only nsw forward who bent the line was Haas. NSW really could have used a guy like Angus Crichton who can actually threaten the defensive line

I thought Luai was fine tonight. He is a bit in over his head talent wise IMO for origin but at least he looked interested and enthusiastic.

Cleary was awful and it isn't as if he is a good player getting a run because there is no one else. He apparently is the best half in the game and some would tell you the best player. Clearly nowhere near it and I would take Munster or DCE over him any day of the week.
Moses wouldn't have let the team down.

Qld were the best side tonight.
They definitely benefitted from some 50/50 calls at crucial times but.
Tupou’s pass closely followed by Ponga’s pass and then the Paulo scrum incident.
All three were try scoring plays and all three went Qld’s way.

Before the Paulo scrum incident, did you miss the professional foul from Kotoni Staggs?

The Blues just need to be better.

RCG made 100m

But they relied too much on the wingers to take a hitup...
