With TMay getting Man of the Match at fullback playing against an unbeaten side at the weekend, Ivan must be ruing allowing the boys to have their phones on GF night.
He was impressive too. He looked a bit faster, not sure if it’s because the game is generally slower… he was a clear MOM though

personally,I think Charlie Staines deserves first crack on the wing. Although wingers generally don’t make too many tackles in a game half a dozen or so at most Charlie generally was solid in defence last season and neither manly wingers are big bodies. Rain is forecast for the next week or so, so it is not beyond the realms of possibility the ground maybe too waterlogged to play on. Don’t even want to think about that but there are no drying days forecast between now and kick off.
From Wed onwards, it is going to be dry weather. The ground I'm sure will have ample time to dry out, but it will be very dewy at 8:00 pm KO on game day.

Warrington lost to Wigan in the first round. But unless it's Saints in the SL I wouldn't take much notice of one match. He played one good game against an exhausted Warriors team too when like 4 of their players got injured.

Can't believe it's finally Teamlist Tuesday!
It's been a shortish off-season, but I'm super ready for the footy to be back.

Expecting Nathan to be named in the 7, but I'm not sure we should be rushing him.
Also expecting to see Kenny at 14 today, with Salmon to take that spot Thursday night.

Going off the trials Salmon doesn't deserve the 14 but either does Kenny. We'd be insane to rush Nathan, so Manly will probably win unless Luai decides to stand up.

Fingers crossed, Taylan May takes that spot.

Fingers crossed, Taylan May takes that spot.

I'm just not seeing May being in the 17 at this stage.
He didn't feature in the Sharks trial, and only played around 10mins in the Eels trial.
And he doesn't have the tenure or experience of someone like Yeo who can walk into the squad without a hitout under their belt.
And he's not a utility.

But stranger things have happened...

Warrington played Leeds in round 1, winning 22-20. They are now 3 and 1 in 4th after losing at the weekend, ahead of Catalans on for and against. Catalans have not played Wigan as yet, that is next game. Not sure if regular fullback Arthur Morgue will be back for that. Also not sure what the go is with Dean Whare who has been very quiet thus far and didn't play this week.
