I think its best to ignore the opnions poms living thousands of kilometers away. Especially when their crowds are so shit.
Or you could counter Them like in a debate on a internet discussion forum?I think its best to ignore the opnions poms living thousands of kilometers away. Especially when their crowds are so shit.
Weather had been awful in Auckland and the women’s football probably has the attention of some casuals with NZ playing the night before. Still a good crowdI thought the warriors were expecting a crowd approaching 25k??
Also why would souths take a plum fixture against the broncos to a tiny stadium?
seems like such a waste.
Women’s World Cup Is why it was thereOr you could counter Them like in a debate on a internet discussion forum?
oh and by the way 4 super league fixtures last weekend beat the souths v Brisbane attendance.
just saying.
Sign of the times when a Auckland crowd just short of 20k is a bit disappointing.Weather had been awful in Auckland and the women’s football probably has the attention of some casuals with NZ playing the night before. Still a good crowd
You really want to debate crowds?Or you could counter Them like in a debate on a internet discussion forum?

not really. NRL shits all over super league from a great height and I’m glad the comp is flying seen as though im a RL fan.You really want to debate crowds?
and this pleases you?Would you like to start with Salford's average of 4500? Or Huddersfield's 5100?
sure. You do realise fixtures have to be moved for the World Cup? Including Souths v Brisbane.
It was a sellout, second sellout at Sunshine Coast Stadium this year.still didn’t sellout a 10k stadium

don’t know if central coast or commbank are available.
sold out weeks ago potatosure.

Saying that the Sunshine Coast is a "home ground advantage" for the Broncos is like saying that Newcastle is a "home ground advantage" for a Sydney club. While it's better for us to travel there for an away game than Sydney, it is not a home ground for us.I don't understand the logic with Souths. They took their "home" game to the Sunshine Coast and their opponent was the Broncos. Souths "gifted" the Broncos home ground advantage. Most likely, Souths fans would be in the minority in the crowd.
Souths should've taken their home game at Commbank, which is not that far away from Accor. Or if they want to promote the code, perhaps take it to Perth at Optus Stadium.
At the end of the day, clubs should treat the NRL as a competition, not a charity.

Souths took a game to the Sunshine Coast and another to Cairns to flog QLD based memberships. Their approach is commercial, not charitable.
I reckon if a Sydney team took a game against Newcastle to the Central Coast, there’d be more Knights fans making it feel more like a Knights home game although second para spot on.Saying that the Sunshine Coast is a "home ground advantage" for the Broncos is like saying that Newcastle is a "home ground advantage" for a Sydney club. Yeah that's not quite the same. Newcastle has a team. Sunshine Coast doesn't have one. Although in time, that area could be well established under the Dolphins. Tbf, you are spot on about Souths trying to flog membership in Qld.
We’ll get it right next time! Both true points. I should have elaborated - I meant that if Brisbane hosted a game against a Sydney club in Newcastle, I wouldn't consider it that Sydney club's home ground.
This is very true. In 2001-2003 during the first period of the Warriors ad serious contenders a good crowd was still around 18k unless it was finals or right before them.Sign of the times when a Auckland crowd just short of 20k is a bit disappointing.
hopefully with the warriors winning in dramatic fashion at the death and seeing them move upto 3rd in the league will see the next home game in Auckland threaten 25k.
