Yes thats right, I know that some are held for the members of the teams (something like 14,000) that qualify and particularly the ends. I think you misread what I meant.

I meant that given you can buy GF tickets now (even though some are held back), there is no real difference to if the prelim finals tickets were released early and some were held back for the second competing team once they qualify.

Last year we saw a very pro Parramatta crowd because they won the Friday prelim and bought the last remaining tickets before the final member allocations.

Those freebie tickets are moving quickly, more than 4,000 tickets allocated in less than 2 hours. Hopefully those who have taken them up, use them.

There are also corporates and stadium members who are in addition to that 39K odd-PAX.

When the Accor PF game used to be Sundays .. for 3-4 weeks before the game NRL gave out tickets to police/ firemen / defence personel etc always got around 40k didn't really matter who played
