I’d love them to be the Bunnies in the last round to overtake them.Roosters could win all 4 but will it be enough
After tonight's result, I think it's safe to say "and then there were 9"
with a lot of the 5 - 9 playing each other in the next few weeksyep down to 9
could get equal to Canberra/Souths/Cowboys if they win their last 3 and result go their way - and would have a better f/a than CanberraI’d love them to be the Bunnies in the last round to overtake them.
Their F/A is diabolical though and will count against hem in the end I think.
Hoping for the sharks season to be decided in a whacky finish v the Raiderswith a lot of the 5 - 9 playing each other in the next few weeks
Cowboys v Sharks
Knights v Souths
Knights v Sharks
Sharks v Canberra

Canberra are in the 8.......Sharks v Canberra wont be close.
Canberra are in the 8.......
think to miss out they would need to lose all 3 games (possible v cowboys, knights and raiders) and Cowboys to win say 2/3 - and/or Parra or Roosters to win all their remaining gamesThree weeks, three spots, no room for error in semi-final scramble
With three rounds to play in the 2023 season, six teams remain locked in a tense battle for spots 6-8 on the ladder and one slip-up could spell the end of the dream.www.nrl.com
NRL site has sharks as ‘locked in for September’ is there something I am missing? On 30 points they could very well miss out if they lose next 3

Well we pretty much are now.I've got the final spot in the 8 coming down to the Sharks v Raiders game in Rnd 27.
They're far from locked in.
They won’t decide to drop their last game, however they may choose to rest a few players. I don’t believe for a minute any Coach would deliberately drop a game to not play an opponent.Do Penrith decide to drop their last game to potentially finish 2nd and take on the Warriors rather than the Storm at home?
Loser attitude. Coaches back their team to win against whoever they play in the finals.Do Penrith decide to drop their last game to potentially finish 2nd and take on the Warriors rather than the Storm at home?
