I think it already is - the only real chance is once it’s a knockout game, if the opposition play a blinder, and Panthers have a rare odd day, or lose players to injury or discipline. But all things being equal, all teams at full strength and full ability, they wipe the floor with the lot.
Terry lamb on ellery Hanley lol

You're showing your age with that reference:D

I've never seen footage of the hit, did it happen so far off the ball none of the cameras saw it?
Balmain fan growing up

gus gould first year as dogs coach would’ve told lamb to take out Balmain star player

surprised they used lamb and not a bench forward

Not really. We saw this with the Commonwealth Games - which drastically affected AFL ratings more than the NRL - and various royal weddings and such. This is a known and predictable thing.
Fair call brother. Hope you are well.

For previous soccer wc games they used the reach figure to try and hype it up

now they good a good figure and low and behold they use the average like all the other sports

soccer media are hilarious

Seven have released reach and average for the whole world cup.
Seven have pretty much done this for all their major events

Twitter posts only showed reach

you commented yourself above it was unusual not to use the average like everyone else

Media releases from TV sometimes have peak audience. Its all part of chest beating. Those who track ratings like tvtonight.com favour average.

Interesting the usa equivalent of tvtonight.com stopped posting ratings coz they think linear TV is irreverent these days.
