from memory, the first week of AFL finals for the past 3 or so years have been massive. some kind of anomaly type huge catch up tv viewership after a week off. be interesting to see if that trend reasserts this season.

to be fair both codes this finals have a pretty decent mix of syd/mel/bri teams plus regional/nz too. good splits and variety.

NRL has an advantage with Broncos, On the Flip side Knights and Canberra aren't metro teams and NZ is different set of ratings

haha I know, I was playing. Numbers mean little if it isnt translating into revenue. Just something to brag about without any real usefulness to it. When we can convert our audience dominance into something tangible then it will mean a lot more.
